I knew Deanna Higgins during the time this was going on. She pleaded no contest. She got 3 years probation. Problem was though, the boys story kept changing and didn't hold water. She only pleaded no contest so this would all go away. She could have gotten off but since there is a lot of this kind of stuff happening in Houston, she thought she would never win the case if left up to a jury. She was an awesome and friendly person.

I guess discerning the difference between the federal government mandating ALL citizens buy a product as opposed to states doing so for their constituents is far too difficult a concept for libtards to grasp.
This has been the whole argument from the beginning. The individual mandate. Is the penalty for not being covered a tax or not? And can the federal government force someone to buy a product. The Obama administration doesn't see penalty as a tax but will have the IRS collect the "tax".. Even in the debates in front of the Supreme Court, the Solicitor General referred to it as a tax.. I hope they knock down this law.. Start over with something sensible. |

Injuries, loss of job, family life fvcked up, loss of mistress, your name dragged thru the mud, your family being humiliated, The program that you worked for being humiliated, the school...especially when you have the Penn State, and Syracuse situations....I'd say he's Alpha---alpha stupid.

I really think you are right Wiggs. I do also think that should go in hand with the black community. The black community seems brainwashed to think the travesties of black people killed is the fault of the white people. When the majority of the black men killed are done by black men. You don't see or read that shit in the news. The media wants to stir up racial divides between whites and blacks because they want that to be real news. I for one think it is people like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson that are trying to keep racial tensions high because that is how they make money and stay relevant. Until the black community turns away the likes of these two men, nothing will change. |

I read somewhere the show is a farce. The main guy doesn't even own Red Jacket due to a few years ago, he got in trouble with the Feds for losing accountability of 10 or so assault rifles. The tatted up dude is the one that actually has the license by the feds to do business. I don't like the main guys arrogant attitude. This shops are a dime a dozen in the south. His shop is not the cream of the crop so to speak.

Then why bite. If it was that obvious she was a plant why did he take the bait. Either he didn't know or he is incredibly stupid. To everyone but his die hard supporters he comes off looking like a complete jackass. Rush has been around the block before and supposedly knows how washington works; if what you say is true, he should have known better and deserves to get played. In my opinion these claims sound like an attempt to save face which doesn't really work because he was the one who fell for it.
But it was ok for Maher and the rest of the left loons to call all the conservative women whatever they want? Rush made a mistake but that doesn't get him off the hook. He should have known better honestly. |

Capable of refueling midair, Air Force One has unlimited range and can carry the President wherever he needs to travel. The onboard electronics are hardened to protect against an electromagnetic pulse, and Air Force One is equipped with advanced secure communications equipment, allowing the aircraft to function as a mobile command center in the event of an attack on the United States.
Inside, the President and his travel companions enjoy 4,000 square feet of floor space on three levels, including an extensive suite for the President that features a large office, lavatory, and conference room. Over the years, several other jet aircraft have been used, with the first of the current aircraft being delivered in 1990 during the administration of President George H. W. Bush.
