There was a video of him benching like 7-9 reps with 5 plates. That sure is something.

I always thought when talking about best bodybuilders we should count:

1. Dominance
2. Toughness/level of competition faced.
3. body
(+legacy)

I would put it something like this.

1. Ronnie Coleman
2. Dorian Yates
3. Arnold Schwarzenegger
4. Lee Haney
5. Flex Wheeler
6. Kevin Levrone
7. Shawn Ray

In my eyes Olympia is the only one that matters. You can win 10+ shows put never able to crack top-6 at the O(Darrem Charles).

That's why you need to learn how to pose. I think you could look much better in those photos if you knew how to present your physique.

Be critical to yourself. What could you do better training wise. Remember there are always guys who will say you look great but don't let that affect your hunger to improve!

I think Ronnie's post winning speeches at the Olympia were always superb with great emotion and a touch of philosophy.

He might have problems with phrasing time to time but there are occations when he excels.

Biggest damage to his career was definitely the fight with Rashad Evans which was so hyped but turned out to be really boring. People remember these things.

UFC has shortage of main-event guys at this moment. Lesnar quit. Both GSP&Silva are injured. None of the new guys are yet big draws. Rampage is fading and Belfort is booked in irrelevant nostalgic match against W. Silva. It'll be tough goal to break 500k ppv buyrate this year.

Yeah. That's pretty much it. One thing which will always hurt Rampage is his unwillingless to play the game. It's mixed martial arts not boxing. Everybody knows what Rampage wants to do so they try to fight around it. Ryan Bader did the necessary thing.

10x225 - advanced. Good lift.
10x275 - impressive!

10x315 - I don't think this is worth mentinion for. Let's say it's rare.

He would look much more impressive if he knew how to pose.

3 simple natural tips.

1. Learn to pose
2. Never wear tank-tops
3. Don't mimic training protocols used by professionals.

Ronnie had so many funny things/sayings. He was full of energy but something happened in 2003. He became introverted and it seemed that he didn't have fun anymore.

Same time when his physique started to deteriorate his spirit began to fade.

It was sad to see the king fade away.

It's really hard to decide between Dex, Jay and Phil.

I think we all have met one point in time guy like Pat. I meet this guy in the gym time to time who I call "champion". This guy is 57 years old, has 20.5 inch guns and weighs about 245(5'10). What is similar to Pat he's christian and offcourse you guessed it -  lifetime natural. It's amazing how advanced he is.

Like Pat he's also very gentleman-like and that's offcourse helps him to deal with the accusations of others(real life isn't like getbig so being nice helps ). He said to me jokingly "man I hate these wispers I get. Wispers of me using something". I thought "well there's no expert who would believe you. Even for a user you would be extremely advanced for your age"

So I said. "Champ I've always believed that you're natural. No matter what others say"
