Sad news to the veteran fans of Bodybuilding, our good friend Tony Nowak (the Jacket guy) passed away last night while on vacation in Italy...Tony has been a staple at the Arnold and Olympia for many, many years...

Without fail, Tony would always seek me out at the shows and present me a custom jacket with my name embroidered in the lining...I'll miss his always smiling face at the shows...

My condolences to his family, the BB community will miss a great friend

yes... not really squatting the 500lb anymore..and the only thing doc said i wouldn't be able to do was run..lol. not that i ever did anyway. so I'm basically brand new again. The only bad thing is that I cannot be sold with original parts. I cannot believe it took me 7 years to get the balls to go and get it done. within 24 hours I was walking and without any pain.

The sad part about this Biggest Loser show is that the already overweight obese are actually trying to gain more weight to "qualify" to be on the show. I know a few myself and it's sad. If you noticed every season these people are getting bigger and bigger.
