I train with Jezebelle and we do great for each other.

She has spotted me on 315 Incline just fine and all other lifts just fine.  Its perfect since you know she won`t be doing all of the work.  Plus she knows what she is doing moreso than any dude in the gym for sure.  She knows more than the people on here even.

So I was halfway through my set of 225 for 8 on the shoulder press when this guy comes walking in, a buck 60 soaking wet wth advanced imaginary lat syndrome.He walks over to the dumbell rack and picks up 2 90s and attempts to sit on the bench and do some dumbell presses.I finish my set and look up and this douche is nearly dropping the weights on his head.I walk over and help the guy out and then knocked out a set of 10 curls with the dumbells in front of him and just calmly said "stay in school" HAHAHAHAHAHAHis girlfriend was watching and winked at me and pointed to her cell, when he wasnt looking she gave me her number HAHAHAHAHAHA MONSTER GYM OWNING!!

LOL... you know I won't comment.  Lee is a winner. Period.  He was rookie of the year in racing, and he's kicking ass this year on the track.  In BBing, he's won 3 shows in two years, is the most talked about guy not named Cutler, and has excellent taste in fast food, women, and web designers

I thought I had real strong shoulders(for my size) then TA told me he can do 110 db's for 10 and he weighs less. I have some work to do.
