Sergio in August of 2009 with 1966 Mr. America, Bob Gajda, 1964 Most Muscular Mr. A and World Record Bench Champion, Bill Seno, and myself. Check out Oliva's ever-present bling. Actually it's a gold religious medal, not his usual jewelry.
That's NOT Flavor Flave!

Ferrigno looked huge in guard uniform much bigger then when he appears at trade shows
anyone know his weight there?
I take my nephew to Comic Con conventions in NY all the time and he's usually there signing photos. He's a tall guy with a large, wide frame. There's no way he weighs anything under 270. I'm 220 and next to him I look like a molested school girl.

Would our civilization have reached the level it's at today without religion? When trying to find your way in the dark, you can rely on a blind man who knows the dark best but when the morning comes and you have the light of day, you stop following the blind man since you can see clearly for yourself and at that point the blind man is no longer of use. The same with civilization. If and when religion was useful to get people from point a to point b, using that crutch wasn't so bad but now that we know better the best possible course of action is getting rid of that crutch.

Yeah, and this guy believes we came from monkeys?
I hope that was a joke. If it isn't and you actually believe that evolution has anything to do with people coming from monkeys then you really don't know enough to have an opinion. For the record, we share a common ancestor with other primates but that's quite different from saying we came from monkeys.

Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Protein, is far too complex to be produced by chance

Few Things I would like to share 1. Can any1 explain to me how the evolution process started (i.e did it start from nothing or did it start from something that existed) ? 2. Can any1 show me evidence of DNA evolution (i.e by changing or increasing information in the DNA) ? 3. The most likely explanation of the fossils discovered that they are from different species of animals at different development stages (i.e some may be young / older extinct apes , etc) 4. Humans share some of its DNA with other living things such as apes, banana, etc (it doesn't mean humans evolved from apes or bananas, but means all living things share DNA info) 6. many scientists came to understand that not only a single cell, but even a single functional protein, is far too complex to be produced by chance. 5. Darwin Theory of Evolution is not an established fact Video Showing the bacterial flagellum / irreducible complexity argument totally PWND!Evolution has NOTHING to do with the very origin of life at all, that instead is called ABIOGENESIS. Evolution is both FACT and THEORY; we have observed speciation in a laboratory setting and it's no longer up for debate. The theoretical end of it are the processes and mechinisms by which evolution occurs. That's the only thing open for discussion not whether evolution actually happens. Honestly, I don't see what the point is in bringing up some 1980's creationalist bullshit that was so very vigorously debunked so long ago.

Ok we all know about the fat offseasons, huge gut, ruined physique, gay robot dances etc etc, but what I want to know is when did Kamali truly ruin his credibility? please discuss, for me it was when Kamali went on radio saying he was going to expose Shawn Ray...but when the time came he didn't have the guts to say anything and left us hanging. Epic Fail ! and from that point forward he became a joke. Birth! I called it first. Hope this helps.

I shit you not folks.... the guy makes some extraordinary claims: From a program about the strongest man in Egypt and his wives, which aired on Al-Mihwar TV on August 7, 2007. Reporter: This is the "Incredible Hulk" or the Samson of our times. He got married 28 times and has fathered 35 sons and daughters. The eldest, Sameh, is 24 years old, while the youngest, Sayyed, is only three. Medical tests have proven that his strength equals 260 horsepower. He can bend a metal coin with his eye socket or his tongue. Then he breaks it in two with his bare hands. Sayyed Muhammad Ahmad Abdallah is a gifted man. Allah has bestowed upon him great strength, but he uses it only to do good. This is a man on whom Allah has bestowed the strength of 30,000 men, or 260 horsepower. Allah has also blessed him with a faithful and humble heart, as well as good values and self-restraint. (Courtesy of MEMRI TV)
