This year a competed for the first time on squat and I will compete soon on bench press! Although I'm not very well prepared, cause I don't have a trainning partner and I only prepared myself during 40 days, due to a back injury! My squat routine was
Monday: 1x80kgx10 / 1x100kgx8 / 1x130x6 / 1x160kgx4 / 1x185x1 / Leg Press: 3x350kgx8
Friday:  1x80kgx10 / 1x100kgx8 / 1x130x6 / 1x160kgx4 / 1x185x1

Bench press:
Tuesday: 1x50kgx10 / 1x100kgx6 / 1x130x4 / 1x150kgx2 / 1x165kgx1 // Incline press: 3x120kgx6
Saturday: repeat.

I have been training for several years but not for squat or bench competitions, I trained to stay fit and strong, but I also trained some boxing once a week. Now I want to train only for strength and to increase my muscle size.

My normal workout schedule is:
Chest and  Tri
Legs and calves
off
Back and bic
shoulder and calves
off
off
repeat
What kind of training should I follow so that next year I can lift real weight? I am 1.80cm tall and I weight 98Kg, 9 % body fat and I'm 28 years old!

I am starting my PCT based on Nolva, like I was told here, 40,30,20 for 3 weeks. But I friend told that I should avoid red meat, fatty food, do not drink not eaven a drop of alcohol and run away from salty food! Is thios true. I am on a diet rich on calories and I eat some red meat, and once a week a like to have a drink. I am training to gain strength. Was the guy telling me the truth or he was wrong. I know that he do it, but he is trainning to compete as a bodybuilder and must be very cut. He usually does deca, Winst, and primobolan. I only do Sust 500mg a week for six weeks, but now I know that 6 weeks is not much time! What can you tell me about that?

Your hams much touch your calves! I Recently competed and this was a rule that I didn't know! I was squating 90║ with 200kg, and on the contest day I only squated 180 kg!

Hy!
I've cycled sustenon,500mg a week, for 6 weeks and took 50mg Proviron every day. My goal was to add strength and some size, cause I needed to recover from a back injury to enter a squat competition and also bench press competition for the first time. I gained only 3kgs of mass and the strengh gains were minimum! I ended  the cycle 7 days ago! What is the best natural test enhancer, and for how many days should I take it!

I see a lot of guys here who are not fond of heavy trainning, and that's because they cannot go heavy. Being just big is not enough, we must go heavy, what is the point of having a Ferrari if you can't "squeeze" it to the the botton... just for the "looks". Screw the "looks". Drug based trainning sucks, if you don't go heavy yhen you don't need wraps, but if you catch a flu you will loose 8 kgs of muscle because they are weak and drug "addicted". See Levrone┤s video and Markus Rhul and learn something about training.

What is the best cycle to get ripped? What is the best thermogenic?
While we are on winstrol and primobolan to get cut, we should not disregard the hevyweight trainning to avoid muscle loss. The low carb diet and high protein intake may induce to the use of muscle protein and not digestion protein to be used. High intensity training 1 hour max, can spear our protein and increase the rate of absorption while the need o the muscle to be repaired can be a useful adiction to preserve strength and size. I think that big muscles must have strength and not only "looks". Strong muscles resist more to the loss of size and are healthier.
