I stopped doing em from the floor. I'm doing partials off the rack. I'm still trying to figure out above or below the knee.to set the pins. I pulled 600 doing the partials but i still feel like I'm cheating not going from the floor. The full deads were killing my siatic nerve so i think I'm going with the partials for awhile as mentioned above.

I had the same problem....took off 6 weeks of direct BI work. Then i hit them evey 2-3 weeks. I'm back to a normal Bi work and I'm much stronger with no forearm or pain like u have. Just watch other movements. I deadlift heavy so i relied more on wraps. I stopped pull ups as well. U don't need six months but u need to baby them. I began to roll my dumbells to save tweaking my forearms. Little stuff will get u back in the game pretty quickly

I think this workout scares people. High weight..high reps...long workout multiple body parts and the fact that they might have to significantly drop weight at first. It hurts the ego..but after blowing through all my maxes this week .....I'm convinced.

The CFL what a JOke. Mobile QB's please..lets look at the last five SB winners..Dilfer/Brady/Johnson/Brady/Brady/Rothelisberger..these guys are running all over the place . Vick is a joke and is the worst QB in the league. Great football player but horrible QB. Moss and TO still dominate the WR postion. Yes Smith has done well but there is hardly any movement to a smaller receiver set. The drop kick was old NFL football. Belicheck is a Pro football historian and wanted to do something interesting. Do not compare your brand of football to ours. When a scrambling qb wins a SB then come talk to me.....

We're on our first cruise week. The plan is to max this week and then do drops and higher reps next week. I hit chest yesterday and my max is back up to 335. Tried 365 but missed. This program works. Not sure why it takes so much heat.

Those guys are the best in their weight classes(170) and nobody in Pride at that weight may b as good. but the LH and heavy in UFC sucks beside Chuck. Chuck and can hang on to that title for along time unless Dana can come up with some decent talent to challenge him. I don't want the UFC to fold I want it to get better. I don't see why we can't have a Grand Prix style tourny or Rings type thing again in UFC. Also we need the occasional freak show fight like Pride has. They gotta do something to refresh UFC.

We were not doing anything. I imagine we would notice here. If we start gettting large numbers of Fighter bombers/refueler/transports I'll start to worry. Not to mention the threat level here will skyrocket.

Sweet mother of god....jag and I agree. You guys have no idea what happened. If it happend as laid out in the article then the cop had provocation. We have no idea what color the cop was. Further, cops usually don't fire warning shots...either u fire to kill or u don't. Lets see what happens before jumping to conclusions. It looks like current US war plans call for a two day air war that will decapitate Iran's C&C. Then destroy most of their Airforce or Air defense at the very least followed by direct airstrikes on the nuclear facilities. Israel is supposed to be looking to do the same. No ground troops.

I think that 240 has good points.I don't believe or disagree with the physics angle because I just don't think that we can really know what would happen with 2 planes plowing into a buidling. There is a serious lack of wreckage at the Pentagon but people saw the plane hit. I think the Pennsylvania plane may have been shot down..could explain lack of wreckage. Anyway he makes good points and does stay away from politics for the most part. I don't think we did it..more to general incompetence then anything else. I prefer he just post on one thread because almost every discussion on the war gets turned to this but other then that he does a good job.

it would be a hell of alot better fight then we've seen in the UFC in a long time. Having the Pride guys come over would settle alot of questions about the quality of UFC fighters. There is a drop off of talent after Chuck and I guess Tito.

Why the hell can't we get a card like this in UFC. Every fight is worth the PPV price. We don't get Pride on AFN so I'll have to Sherdog it.

Last week we added bent rows and rotate with the hammer strength pulldowns. I don't like going heavy on the hammer because i feel it more then jerking it around. Thanks for all the help.

Jag I spent an entire year studying the war and major battles during the Russian occupation of this country. If u want to debate lets go...anyway . The locals or resistance were augmented by arabs answering the call to holy war. They do this crap all over the place. It was American foreign policy to support the enmies of the Soviet Union. And despite the fact that I'm not a big fan of the Afghans..the Soviets did horrible things to the people here. If we had not helped...they would have lost.

The soviets began using air assualt tactics..instead of Armor. They sorta looked at what we did in Vietnam and saw that it would work better here. Not as much cover etc....Anyway if the stingers didn't work it would have been over.

He was a UDT. They merged in 1983 so i guess he can call himself a SEAL. Different mission at th time he was in but the basic training was the same until u either went SEAL or UDT with a team. He was also an outlaw biker with either the Hells Angles or the Mongols in Cali. I guess they kept him away from the bad stuff since he was still in the Navy.
