I know I've stated this before but: for the past 2 months, I'm eating 5-7 dozen egg whites per week, all being drank raw. Either mixed with ice-cream/sherbert/frozen yogurt for flavor, or, whites/splenda/cinnamon, all of which get mixed in a blender. Maybe I'm pushing my luck but I haven't had a problem. jd.

Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Training Q&A / elbow posistion while benching...

Quincy Taylor says to keep you elbows high and out really far. I thought this would involve more delts, but he says no, it hits more chest. I notice Branch W. keeps his elbow kind of in, while chest pressing, either incline, flat, or DB's. I know this MAY hit tri's more, but you can't avoid tricep involvement altogether. Just wondering who prefers what, while going for maximum pec stimulation. I personally have a hard time getting the optinum pump in the pecs if I have my elbows out to 90 degrees, but QT swears by it. Any thoughts?

If "jdooly" is getting annoyed with people clanking the weights together at the top on flyes then what does he think of the girls when they've finished their sets who hurl the fucking dumbells on the floor like they weigh 150 when in reality they're only 35. Yes, it's really up to the individual to decide what is "dropping" or "aggressivley letting go for safety reasons!" There is nothing "safety" about dropping 35's! Good call.

He probably got up at 4 A.M. to work on a draft of the post, to get it just right. Then he continued to obsess over it for another few hours. I bet when he hit that post button, he was sweating furiously and shaking his fist saying, "This, THIS thread will make me a getbig legend." You would have loved my thread about wearing gloves in the gym as well, then.
