Was it JCP that put Wahoo in a mask for a short time?

TMZ.com reported that Kevin Nash was arrested recently in Florida for hitting a guy who was hitting on his wife at restaurant. The report says that Nash told the guy to leave and when he continued to ignore that led to Nash hitting him. Nash was arrested on suspisicion of battery but the charge was later dropped.

Kevin Nash on his Twitter added some details that were not reported by TMZ when he said:

Guys, OLE BIG can chime in on this one as he knows I was probably the originator of the "X-Pac heat" phenomenon.  HATED the guy.  Just something about him.  Not to mention one of my criteria for a wrestler has always been I have to at least believe they would kick my ass in real life......Sean doesn't pass that test... haha

All that said, and no jokes, I totally commend the guy for coming forward about this and wouldn't make any jokes about it.  10 yrs ago.....might have been different...am I maturing?  I sure hope not.

What an awful thing to go thru and I give him so much respect for what he made of himself.  Most in his shoes wouldn't have accomplished what he did.  I know we all like to say that it was only because he was friends with Hall and Nash, but have to give the guy credit, he was a well above avg worker.  And let's face it, the more you know about the biz you realize that 75% of "making it" is who you know.  And who could blame the guy for wanting to hang-out with the "cool crowd?" 

No problem.
As I've mentioned on here before, I lost A LOT of respect for the guy after those phone tapes were leaked.

Years ago, I was hanging out the other trainees backstage at an indy show, and I made some kind of light-hearted crack about Hogan.
This one young trainee (couldn't have been more than 17) took such offense to my JOKE, that he launched into a 400-word thesis about "everything Hogan's done for the industry."
Honestly, he would not have been that upset had I insulted the grandmother who raised him.

Regardless of how you feel about Hogan, COME ON...it was a f'n JOKE!!
I quickly learned that many wrestlers are actually some of the biggest marks.

Sid was somewhere in the 6'8" range correct? Seemed huge on camera, at least a head taller than everyone around him. Another guy as big as a house.

Lol @ WM9, not Takers best match / opponent but he still looked great at times. People that big are too uncoordinated and their mobility too restricted to do a great match

That is pretty good considering the source.  I am not a Foley fan, but I suspect he is correct.  That almost gives me a little respect for the guy.  I said almost, Show.

Why did he quit?  Problems with management or just taking a break?

I don't know much about MMA, but I think he would get killed.He's over 40 and is going up against guys who have been doing this their whole lives.

I am dating myself, but that was way before the Horsemen days.  Valentine was with him though.  I would have taken my dad in a cage against either one, although I know Valentine would be tough to handle.  I'm sure my old man would have had a few reserves to call in had they wanted to make it a tag-team match.

No.  But looking back, he was extremely friendly to my mom one night when was saw him after a match in my hometown when I was very young.  Good thing he didn't try to hard, my dad would have put an end to Space Mounain that very night.
