This should be the cover!!! What we ALL want to look like!! Small waist...HUGE upper body.....
What true bodybuilding is all about. I vote we go back to the golden age of bodybuilding....not now where drugs have ruined the sport.

say what you want about arnold's legs, they were way better than serge's. arnold had much better quads, hammies, glutes, calves and seperation. also his back, arms, delts, chest were much thicker, denser, better seperation...this is stupid, i'm debating with a moron.
Hell of a way do dodge a question. So you think arnold had massive legs. Im not saying thay SN should have beaten arnold but i do think he could have won after arnold. And you act like the IFBB dosent give out gifts. Um arnold in 1980 |

nubret had an awesome physique but in most ifbb comps, for whatever reason, he looked a bit flat. prime zane smokes him in condition, symetry and balance. nubret looked good in photos but was no mr o come competition time. to suggest such is to demonstrate complete ignorance of competition criteria. he may have the type of body that some of you (pumpster) may be sexually attracted to, but he simply doesn't match up to the mr o's of the time ie to suggest he should have beaten the likes of prime schwarzenegger is obtuse. he lacked legs, forearms, delts (especially rear), size, density and, as aforementioned, condition. had great pecs though  You are on drugs. You say he lacked legs as if to say that arnold had wheels of steel. He was fvcked out of Mr. O's plain and simple. He looks like a bigger zane to me. |

bottom line. Even though im not thrilled by jacks body (neither am i with Jay cutlers). HE has big muscles and it takes time and hard ass work and dedication to get those big muscles. Any one can tell you i am the biggest pdi Advocate on the board. I hate the ifbb so much its not even funny. They have had years to advance the sport and it has back slid in recent years. And you say the pdi has inferior athletes and that might be true. But thats what the NFL said about the AFL and what the NBA said about the ABA.

No Way you would be even close to Evan now or any of the other guys in the top 15 at the national level. Jack you need to come down to earth and realize your not a good bodybuilder. I'll give you props as you know how to get deals for your self but as far as on stage you are not very good.
I didnt want to say nothin. i agree. But I dont think its from lack of hard work. Just one of those things |

ive always wondered that thought. Like the other day i saw an indian woman eat glass. Like take a bite out of a thin wine glass and chew. And im like "when in the hell did you find out you could do that.". Or that guy who carried a boulder with his wang. Im not sure if you have seen this one but he takes a stick and like twists and bends his wang and then carries a boulder that had some fabric around it. Fuckin wierd

i cant speak for others. But im pretty big. I was his size when i was 18. but as far as the kicks and shit. Looks like he would whoop someones ass. Im not judging dude. And he has gotten bigger since that picture. In the movie with DMX he is pretty swole.

dude is funny. I think i could look like martial artist if i was punching at the air and moving my hands all crazy. Cant do all them kicks and shit. But i can watch Enter the Dragon and mimic the moves from there and look like a kung fu master.
p.s. "i do light weight, high reps"
