I remeber Trevor Smith's ideas just starting to get some coverage and his profile was just starting to break onto the scene before he died.  I read his beyond failure training manifesto (if thats what you would call it).  Very interesting, but highly impractical for me as i trained alone at the time.

Funny thing was i just got off the phone from a buddy who mentioned he happened to see 'Lou Feriggo' (his words)  walk into the gym at his holiday resort in the carribean.

Certianly one of the better posers around.  You can tell a lot of the guys just make it up as they go along.  Hide obviously practiced that.

Unfortunatley all the other photo's are going into the mag so I can't post them on here.  I will be seeing Daz this weekend though when hes tanned and carb loaded.  So may post up some from then.

Darren is 2 weeks out from GUESTPOSING there.  2 weeks! Thats with NO tan, and NO drying out./carb load etc.  We shot those pics about an hour after he worked out so he's not even fully pumped either.
The British could be anyones this year, there are loads of eligable candidates!  For the first year the competition will be slpit over 2 days and they have introduced a super heavyweight class.  Darren is definatley a favourite though.

I was just curious to see who he reminded people of before they knew who he was.  I expect you will know him pretty soon.

Ok Fair point.  Unless you are English you probably won't know this guy.
His name is Darren Ball and he's the 2007 British heavyweight champ.  He narrowly missed out on a pro card to Flex Lewis.  This year he will be around 30lbs bigger, sharper and more complete.
If you want to find out more about him check out my article with him in bodyfitness.  I know he reads this forum on occasion so perhaps we can even get him to post on here, if the trolls behave.  No promises though, I know he's a busy man.
