I did 15 pieces of pizza, 3 pcs of cheesecake.  Damn i gained 8 lbs over night.

Lightweight cutoff is 164.25 for Jr. Class

I have been a lightweight the last 2 seasons.  I was "thinking" i could do the middles this coming year.  My weight is 192 right now 8.2% BF about 2 weeks ago.  I still think I will be a light but it will be close.  Prolly come around 170 still a tad too small for a middle but oh well.  I placed 4 in my last show( Aug 05) out of 9 in my class.  I knew I needed size and being a natty I took a year off and have REALLY focused on HEAVY deads, squats, chins, blah blah....

My goal is 165 ( right at the cutoff for Jr. Light) 3% BF

We are almost the SAME proportions.   My calves are bigger and triceps are better.   Biceps you got me, Quads I prolly have you there too.... Chest is a wash.... back about the same.

I know he "said" after the O this year he says he will.  What do you guys think?  I believe being a 42 year old with 3 bad injuries, he is not gonna be 100% next year like he thinks.  No amount of chemicals is gonna repair that lat and tri.  I give it 6 months, I say he will try the arnold and if he wins, he will retire after the show still a champ.  What is everyones take?

Whatever lift or lift's caused his injuries to his , left tri, left lat, left quad...  He should have known without his " lights out" lat spread he would not be able to hold off Cutler...

He is a great champion but at 42 years old no matter what chemicals are invloved I don't see him being 100% next year either.  He needs to take pride and his health and hang it up.  Market himself like Lee Haney has done for so many years, he will still be able to make GOBS of $$$.

Honestly I wish ( although it wont happen) that Ronnie would lose this year.  for 2 primary reasons:

A- TO see Haney's record saty intact as I think his physique was WAY better, better taper smaller waist.

B- Somebody with a DAMN brain would win that could actually do an interview and not sound like a 5th grader with sayings like "hes on crack", "lights out", "nuttin but a peanut", "lightweight" that crap has caused the public just keep thinking that all bodybuilders are stupid as hell.
