Is it just me but EVERY pic of DJ you NEVER get to see the wheels, this is BODYBUILDING not "upper" bodybuilding..... I know of only 1 pic thusfar of his pre contest prep where you can see his left quad( not all that great), not very impressive without seeing the whole package....

Can be picked up at any Vitamin World... 480 stores around the country. I have a LOT of local guys in my area using these. I don't use gear myself, however I am in the business so I keep up with things pretty well.

Where to begin... Guys that have 20" arms and 10" calves Guys that workout in sunglasses Guys that workout in boots immitating there favorite Pro Half rep squats 1/4 rep bench Whats the deal with 16 year olds and shrugs? Is this the only thing they do? That " guy' that tells you he use to bench 500 back in 1982 before he hurt his shoulder... Guys that workout in the baggy pants to make it "look" they have legs. Guys that fill up there damn watter bottle at the water fountain for 5 minutes while talking to the "Local Fake Breasted Cardio Bunny"  What is the deal with EVERY damn gym you go to there is always those old bastards in the loccer room with there legs propped up and there balls hanging everywhere talking about the Vietnam War, good god put some damn clothes on.... I have now figured out how to get out of the tried and true question with the " new" meathead in your gym, when there inbetween sets walk over and ask "so how much do you DEADLIFT  Beginners following a workout in Flex Mag that a Pro "does" do these guys not understand that those workouts are about 90% of the time NOT what they do, nor do they have access to the drugs they take  Come on guys lets here some more

Ummmm.... I run 2 Health food stores and pay......0 for basically everything I use .... you look like smashed dog shit in both pics.
Thanks but what I have done I am happy with and thats all that matters to me... Awesome transformation Jason! Keep at it but don't relly too much on supplements only.
I don't just rely on Supps I eat 3000- 3500 cals a day and do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, lift about 1 hr 45 min 4 days a week. Mostly Supersets HIGH intensity, no talking...I am dedicated to this sport my day starts at 4:30 AM I like lifting in the mornings.

if you're doing barbell squats, benches, deadlifts, overhead presses like you should be you'll never be bothered by these skinny, lazy sacks of shit.
I did the part time training for a couple of years... I had my clients do all the basics, deads, squats, bent over rows, all DB work. The director of training told members who wanted me that I don't use machines PERIOD. It was amusing the other trainers always told me I was gonna "hurt" people, lol...if your a good trainer you'll feel peoples limitations as you go. The trainers that use Bosu Balls crack me up, actually saw a guy having his client do 225 lb smith machine squats while on a Bosu Ball quite amusing...

Actually I am 5'9" and weighed 193 this morning, nothing big. My BF% was 10.4% when i at my biggest off season weight at 201. I feel better at 190. I keep my waist at 31" year round  Attached is from my first show overdieted. Weighed 156 in the pic. I got in Flex and Muscle & Fitness as well, used to be a butterball. I am about 40 lbs heavier now than this pic, It was take 36 hours before my first show in 04 DEPLETED

Well this should get good. AAS aside ( I'm Natural" what supps does everybody use. You guys will prolly think I am crazy but all of the follwing I get pretty much free since I run 2 Health Food stores... Multivitamins-2 day ester C 1000- 1 day d alpha e 400- 1 day Digestive Enzmes- 4 day Co Q-10 200 mg- 1 day DHEA 25 mg - 2 day OFF CYCLE( FIZZOGEN, basically Tribulus, Chrylsin) - 5 day L-Carnintine 500 mg- 6 day CLA 1000 mg- 4 day Multi Minerals- 2 day Omega 3, 6, 9 combo- 3 day Octacosanol 20mg- 1 day 5- HTP 50 mg- 2 day Milk Thistle 1000 mg- 2 day L- Glutamine powder- 15 grams day Whey pro- 3 servings day NO powder ( No-xplode or an =) 2 scoops L-arginine alph ketogluterate 6 grams a day Damn I just realized I take 42 pills a day wow  Think I got everything covered guys.
