You can't use stats with Tebow. Tebow should only be measured in wins and losses.

I personally agree with his comments as they are biblically based.

His bravery should be admired.

the market doesn't lie.   If Tebow was capable of doing the job, teams would be beating down his door.  He is SO popular... and teams WANT highly popular players... the league is built and marketed around popular players.  The networks would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Brady/Tebow showdowns in the playoffs.  They TRIED it last year with all the ads before Pats demolished the Broncos. 

Tebow works hard, but so do a lot of other NFL players who were cut this year.   Tebow took 55 snaps and was in for 77 plays, and made 4.1 million bucks.  ANY of us would love to get treated so badly.  They signed him to motivate Sanchise and see what he could do... he was average when he was in the game and sucked at practice... he didn't deserve those last 2 starts.  If a player sucks in practice, they don't "deserve" a shot in the game on Sunday.   

Tebow COULD get a job playing as a backup tight end (if his dream is to be in NFL), but ego won't do that.  He COULD to to CFL or Arena football (if he loves the position of QB) and get plenty of love.  He will do neither because his dream, a very rigid one, is to be a starting NFL QB.  Only 32 people out of 7 billion get that job.

It doesn't have to be like 30 years ago as far as shopping goes.  However, if you want local and state govt services to continue, then taxes have to be like it was 30 years ago.  How do you propose we fund our city governments if there is no local tax revenue?  Should they just start planting money trees, and hope for the best?  Or, they could just raise the shit out of property taxes, and tax everyone out of their homes?  HTH.   

Although this sucks dick, and I hate paying sales tax on online purchases, this is how it should be.  The reason many local and state governments are failing is because because today's generation buys most of their taxable goods online.  Therefore the local and state govt are taking a huge hit in tax revenue.  30 years ago, if you wanted a new car stereo, tv, game console, etc, you went down to your local electronics store, made the purchase, and paid sales tax.  Now, you can go on ebay, amazon, or one of many online retailers, make your purchase and skip the sales tax.

This bill would suck, and would ultimately make people start paying more than they are now.  However, it might be necessary to a certain degree.
