But... The question one must ask themselves is: Am I making steady progress with each workout, and with the particular protocol I am following? If the answer is yes, then it's all good  But my question to the natural guys that are training each muscle group twice weekly is: Are you really making regular and steady progress from this protocol, or are you just basically maintaining an already decent physique? Yeah, backday and musclecenter are including within this 2nd question. And no disrespect to either of y'all, coz you both good peeps  Good question.I`ll answer how I do and how I managed to progress untill I was almost 41 years old ; because now I`m happy if I can maintain what I have and maybe get a lil more balance in some parts of my body. I don`t train all my muscles twice a week because I feel(know) that all my muscle groups don`t need it and some would get overtrained; but others like abs, calves, chest some weeks,back(only width not depth), legs(hamstrings not quads), I do train twice a week.If I someday feel I`m a little tired I change the routine or I take a restday no problem.If I have to take a couple of days off for something that happened(family , work etc) I don`t sweat it even If I don`t like to take many breaks in my training.............you can get lazy.

which things do you think are bull? to me everthing seems to be spot on (but I wouldn't call myself an expert tho  ). Hey , I don`t considere my self an expert either , not in steroids, GH, slin etc anyway.I don`t remember everything he said now, but this thing about when you`re natural you shouldn`t train more than ,was it 3 days, I think is bull. All naturals or clean for a long time that I know and that they are succeful with his bodybuilding for a long time train at least 5 days a week.I train 6 days sometimes 7.Musclecenter trains a lot too, twice each muscle group a week.I think Arnold, Columbo and many others old skool bodybuilders trained a lot too, when they where clean some months a year.............

you look for tension and decent form when building youd body,,free weights is good machines are good everything is good,,as long as you actually get in the fuckin gym and train!
 I have to admit that you find a lot of good advices you can pick up among some bull in GH 15 bible.Good thread keep on.

Not after fifteen months? Just shut up you fucking imbecile. 6-12 months you lose everything? You are such a dumb fucking #girl it is unreal. My 60 year old father has been through periods of months and months without training and his diet is shit and he has maintained. I wouln't even say he has great genetics, he is a natural ecto as well, which makes your uninformed ballshit even more funny. You know nothing about natural training, you probably went on the juice the first time you ever went in a gym. You cry about anyone with a decent physique who claims natty, because you didn't have the genetics to do anything natural. Stop comenting on an aspect of training that you have no concept of, stick to talking about drugs...  Ouch

I've only been doing deadlifts a week or so and I'm trying to get the form right before I start trying heavy weights. Obviously I'm not an experienced lift, just a fat guy trying to get back in shape. Sorry I couldn't get the feet, the mirrors don't go down that low. Please let me know where to improve. Thanks. I would but I don`t think it will help you, you look a lil like a lost case.Besides with all your new threads you are becoming a new tallgerman and I`m very pissed about tallgerman  Note:I usually I`m a nice and helpfull guy.

Back looks thick ans ripped. Your recent pics give me inspiration and no excuses to get my young 52 yr old ass cut and on stage again. Thanks for posting them and good luck. What are your next contest plans?Basic diet?
Thanks Howard; I have seen pics of you from your competing days and you had a well balanced physique so I think you should go on stage if you feel like it. I have no contests plans at the moment , only my small goals to keep me motivated. I eat fat fish almost every day and I have my omega 3 pills when a day without fish.I don`t eat much red meat nowadays , I eat lean pork meat though, eggs ofcourse and the good old chicken.Always some vegetables with the meals an as carbohidrates I take oats, potatos and rice sometime.........

LOL, not hard at all with the right "supplements" here and there, right?  No need to answer. He he , since I began training 44 years ago I`ve heard that almost every day, so it does not bother me now.And there are suplements and ``suplements``;the question is what do you think I`m on .I know what Sevastase would say

Anybody know where to get bad tattoos done?
Ofcourse you can look like that or even better at 60, but will you be alive by then?Not if you take GH 15 route.Ha ha, just kidding a little with you. If you get a tattoo do it with some one who is very good at it and take your time to decide what tattoo you want , because you will(likely) have it on you for ever.

That' a pretty damn good squat and dead, and that raw bench ain't too shabby either. I'm curious how tall are you? Also do you lift with a conventional dead or sumo style? I'm assuming that you use conventional style.
Convencional man.If you want a good back, conventional it is.  Oh I forgot I`m 6 feet tall.
