thanks dude and yeah sometimes i am a sensitive pussy i was talking to my girlfriend about an idea that i had to train some peeps, and she made some comments about this and i misconstrued what she said as i thought that she was saying that i don't look so great, so she saw "the hurt" on my face and asked me "what's wrong?" and i told her that i felt like she was saying that my physique sucked ass, but she wasn't saying that at all brutal sensitivity on my part It's good to take pride in how we look, so long as we don't let it consume us. You look good, brother. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You give me a benchmark for when I seek conditioning.

small is relative
and remember, not everyone has the same goals and desires physique-wise as it's all based upon opinion, nothing more and nothing less Oh, absolutely. And you look good, friend! "Small" was not meant as a jab at you. I did mean it in relative terms. I'm currently trying to add size, hence a caloric deficit is not ideal for me. But, my current body composition/conditioning does not denote any deficiency in my macronutrient knowledge. Shredded is your goal, and you have done very well accomplishing that. But, there are profound differences between the effects of different nutrient sources.

so that's a no then
You're lean. Good job. Whatever you're doing works well for you. In so far as the physiological effects of different nutrients, all calories are not equal. They have different effects on the body. No educated person would argue this point. And, please don't make the over-simplistic assumption that everyone's goal is to be small and shredded.

Also with ketosis my appetite is killed 90% of the time.
Fats provide more and longer-lasting satiety. They also support optimal hormone levels. Our gonadotropic/sex hormones are lipid-soluble cholesterol derivatives. Just don't tell that to the trolls on here who preach that "a calorie is a calorie," and that it doesn't matter what you eat. The above information is entirely too much for them to wrap their feeble little minds around.

One of my favorite ploys is when they zoom in extremely tight when Kane delivers a choke-slam to a rather large opponent to cover the lack of height the move usually sees with larger men.
I watched a couple of minutes of RAW the other week, though, and this is the worst I believe it's ever been.
