for some reason I think the Spurs are going to win tonight. I don't like them but I just think the Heat are heartless compared.
will a Miami lost tonight affect Lebron's tenure with the heat?....some said Spoltra will be shown the door out......fuck, Pat riley still doesn't like Phil Jackson...these two are still enemies.....imagine if Pat decided to reconcile and put all differences aside and give Phil a call to coach Miami next season....Umm.... |

LOL....Chris soft came hard for the last two games, kind of. it's the leader that still concerned me a bit.....and Wade County has been better since game 4.....they need to concentrate on tomorrow night game instead of 7.....they seems to forgot their asses are on the line.....in Game 6 two years ago, LBJ was terrible and everyone else folded until the last 3 minutes of the game and Mavericks could smell the champagne from the locker room..,....I hope they watch that tape tonight and prevent this from happening again.... |

I know the Superman story going in, but Nolan wanted a grittier Superman, they thought they needed to reinvent him with "Street Cred" so people would like him. The thought is, Spiderman and Batman were huge box office successes because of their tragic back stories, they needed to give this to Superman even though how much more tragic can you get than your home planet being destroyed.
It wasn't reaching that Superman was the source of the conflict. Zod only went to earth because Superman activated the beacon. So 1. He was on earth which attracted Zod, 2. he fired off the Beacon which attracted Zod, 3. He held the codex which attracted Zod. So Superman was the #1 reason for this conflict. I just think this could have been better served in a Superman II after he established himself as the hero.
Some good parts to the movie. I loved how they just jumped forward right away and then gave snippets of the background story, would have been boring to spend 1 hour just watching sup grow up. That was a smart choice.
At the end when Superman declares his intent to protect America, it was more American than Captain America.
The Superman Returns movie a few years back was an epic failure, not because of the superman story, but just bad casting, picking Lex as the villain and just the storyline they chose.
so far so good. as far as box office receipts are concerned....the movie cost $225 million to make which is fucking huge and so far, they're racking $135 million domestically. the overseas receipt numbers are not in yet.....I think this movie need to crack the half Billion dollar mark in other to be considered successful at this point...I think they will reach that goal |

Lebron needs to score 30+ points in Game 6 to help the Heat win. He will probably try to be Chris Paul in game 6, get 14 assists and then watch Duncan hoist the trophy over his head.
the Spurs energy remain high all the way to the end and the heat had no answer for them despite the Big 3 having decent numbers...imagine the spurs repeat that same performance tomorrow night......Tony Parker said he was amazed at how wide open Green was last night everytime he stuck a 3 point up the heat's ass....ahhahahahahha.... ..maybe tony should ask spoltra if he ever thought of making adjustments like Pop would |

Great Movie and I was not Disappointed...saw it last night While the Spurs were kicking Miami's ass....  ....I stayed at the very end to see if there would be a sneak peek for the sequel and I didn't see shit......come on, DC comics, you know better than that.....I need superman to fight Darkseid....that would be Epic |

this Thread has been very intersting for days now and several people on here have made accurate predictions and tonight is no different.........Miami will relive the Dallas nightmare on tuesday and rightly so......Champions hustle and fight until the last second.....at this stage of his career, I thought LBJ would learn from his failures and get better....it seems to me that the dude just quit and stop fighting.....I'd be out of my mind to think that Miami will win two games in a row........it must be sucks to have an opponent celebrating on your floor and then go on to your local Clubs to pop champagne........haahaha hahha.....Deja Vue |

Heat will flick the switch tonight, along with Parkers Hammy, getting my pots and pans ready!
tonight is a statement game for miami to prove that they can win two in a row......does anyone think Spurs can Grab one of the two remaining games in miami?......Dallas stole one when miami thought they were gonna win their two remaining home games....I think spurs will pull a close win tonight..I don't expect a blowout on either side |
