I've found that the Animal Pak vitamins are awesome. Made by Universal Nutrition I believe. They have everything serious lifters need in the correct amounts. Can't ask for a better combination. Some of the pills in the pack are kind of big so if you have a problem swallowing pills you might want to invest in a pill splitter or coffee grinder to remedy that situation.

As a personal trainer with experience training all manner of athletes including national level bodybuilders, I would suggest Equipoise and some Prop. That is a good inexpensive combo. If money is no object then go for the hGH with IGF-1  In any case eat a clean diet consisting of as much natural foods as possible. That means fresh fruit, fresh veggies, go easy on the dairy, and eat good quality proteins such as egg whites, chicken breast, turkey breast, and buffalo. (its usually only about 3% fat!) Your carbs should be primarily low glycemic index such as oatmeal, brown rice etc. Hope this helps you out!

I think you shouldn't bring out the "elephant gun" just yet. You might think about starting out with some Deca and Tren. The Deca will lube your joints and give you some good growth and the Tren will help your water retention to stay at a lower level. Eat a clean diet (keep your fat intake down) with little fast food, lots of complex carbohydrates, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, good quality lean meats like buffalo, chicken breast, turkey breast and white fish. Enjoy that cycle for 8 weeks and watch your muscles grow as well as your strength. Train hard, but train smart. No big jumps in weight at once, tendons take time to catch up with the muscle belly growth. Good Luck!

This is most likely a pinched nerve. You have a host of nerves that come out of the spine in that area. Obviously one of them is getting pinched and pissed off. Ice is not your friend here, when things get pinched they cause muscle to contract and the ice will only make it worse. Heating pad, anti-inflammatories and stretch the neck forward, chin on your chest, when the area is warm. Then stretch your arms across your chest to stretch out the trap area. Hopefully this will give you some relief.

If you are lucky enough to have someone in your area that does Active Isolated Stretching, it will work wonders for you. Can be a little painful during the treatment but you feel like you're on cloud 9 afterwards. I use it on my clients all the time, they LOVE it!

Did your doctor tell you to stretch the shoulder joint? He should be shot! Always warm up with a theraband doing outward rotations, then the 90 degree rotations, then find some 2lb dumbells to do some "full beer cans" (holding them like you would a full beer can) as you do the lateral raise. Always do these before any upper body lift. I know they work. I had dislocated a shoulder in an accident in the gym which was not my fault. Came back after 3 months of rehab and set 3 state records and a world record in a powerlifting meet. Not bad for a bodybuilder...Just take it easy and don't lift anything too heavy while you heal. I know it's easy to say but hard to do. Good luck with your shoulder.

After dumping my ex husband I got fat. I mean 35% bodyfat 185lbs on a 5'5" frame that previously had weighed 125lbs on a fat day. I looked in the mirror one day and just shuddered. That was 8 years ago. I've been pulling in 1st place trophies all over in Masters and Open Heavyweight. This last season I just brought home my first Overall. Next season it's all National level shows. Not bad for a past fat girl...

I always do in moderation. My "bulking phase" is no more than 20lbs over my contest weight. Why have to diet so hard for a show? Do you really want to have to lose 40lbs to come in at 6-8% ? I've found that a moderate weight gain is necessary post contest to regain your strength and to help normalize your body. That leads to better lifts and a better physique for the next show.

It depends on how much loose skin there is, but I have found that Preparation H works well for me before contests to help with that problem. There's also the time factor, the skin will tighten up some on it's own. Good luck!
