Bodybuilding. To get into it´s necessary to weight until a limit. Your height in centimeters: up to 1, 68 meters Only could weight your height less a meter, example 1, 64 = 64 kgs max. up to 1, 71 meters your height less a meter plus 2 kilos example 1, 69 = 71 kgs max up to 1, 75 meters plus 4 kilos example 1 74 = 78 kgs max up to 1, 80 meters plus 6 kilos example 1 78 = 84 kgs max more than 1, 80 meters plus 8 kilos example 1 86 = 92 kgs max |
