for legs do bodyweight squats. They are pretty good leg burners if done in higher repetitions.... u can use ur single bed for floor chest presses, like i said, u have to see what kinda bed u are sleeping on...if ur stayin in a motel u might get a single bed...so good luck and happy holidays

and if u wanna train, train at Universe Gym@ Pattaya....if ur looking for gear dun get it from Bangkok, cos they are slightly over priced. get them at Pattaya good value for money...and check. cos some maybe counterfeits. Best u go for orals like D-Bol(pink) or D-Bol DS(Blue) both manufactured by British dragon pharmanauticals...if ur lucky u can get A-Bomb as well...All the best mate.

Guys i dun mean to sound like Mr nice guy and shit...but i seriously think we need to work togather in this sport and STOP abusing and shouting insults at each other. Telling about how big u are is not gonna bring anyone anywhere....Everyone has different goals....a guy competing in a lightweight category has goals different from a guy competing in a heavyweight category, the question is why can't we all work togather?...I'm not sayin we should shower in the same toilet....but we all share the same passion and love for the sport...so why can't we help oneanother? Today we could be squating 500lbs and getting our ego thru the roof and proving to everyone that "i'm the man"...and oneday u found out that u have injured ur back or quads and u can bearly squad 220lbs...its a big blow to the ego, but thats life and reality. I just know that anyone who has taken up bodybuilding is a champion already...weather they are on gear or not....or they do compete or do not compete...becos ppl have different piorities. I just believe that everyone in this forum has the passion and love for bodybuilding, I just hope to see that we all can help eachother like back in the day. I mean what secrets are there in training??...a Bench press done during Arnold's time is still a bench press today and a deadlift is a deadlift....I hope its something we can ponder upon guys..and stop insulting eachother....It not that bodybuilding has a very reputable name with the general public.

Hi Arnold Jr....Thanks for the advice. I have 10 shots of Testo enanthate....and I cannot buy any more, becos My prescription had run out. and morever my mate who is a chemist had already helped me out with the gear...so i dun wanna bother him...trust me from where i come from gear is fuckin hard to get. I've considered myself lucky. I plan to do 250mg on week1 and 500mg from week 2 to 5 and back to 250mg on week 6...this is the best I can come up with and 12days of PCT.....What do u reckon Arnold?? or should i just totally avoid the whole cycle

that guy was FULL of SHIT...i was part of the Armed forces where i was serving my national service and we had an exchange programme with the US marines...and the US marines are phenomenal. U guy are one of the best when it comes to Urban warfare. Keep rawkin Marines....and as for that skinny faggered. He should be ashamed to call himself an American, prolly he should get fucked in the Ass with a pineapple...fuckin dickhead.

I believe, the point which is made here is good. ppl fail to realise that building a quality physique requires hardwork, discipline and a strong mind set....it cannot be acheived overnight. Drugs are not gonna do wonders if everything else like ur diet, rest and training is falling all over the places....they need to come to terms that ROME WASN"T BUILT IN A DAY....good point dude...
