What do these warranties cover?
Have you asked your friend if she still has hers and if it still works properly? I have burned up two (can't remember the brands) so I think your best bet is 1) borrow from your friend again or 2) Rent one for the times you need it.
If you are still wanting to purchase your own you may want to ask your friend how hers has held up.
He's had his for years and uses often for the horse trailers. Never had a problem, but he takes care of it really well (ie; winter storage, fuel, oil, etc.). It's the Honda engine that's most important (I think).

Last year I used a friend's pressure washer and really liked it. It was a Sears Craftsman with a Honda engine GC 190 6.0 2800 PSI / 2.2 GPM
I've been looking at purchasing one of these two.$299.00 2 year warranty Homelite Honda 2700 psi 2.4 GPM 160 cc Honda engine helps deliver optimal performance 2,700 psi water pressure provides the cleaning power needed for tough jobs 2.3 GPM flow rate helps ensure efficient cleaning TTI Axial pump is designed for tough jobs Tips quickly disconnect from the nozzle for easy changes between jobs Manual startup for reliable ignition Foam handle for comfort 25 ft. non-marring hose helps reduce kinking and tangling and resists leaving marks Large 12 in. never-flat tires help provide long-lasting performance On-board detergent tank for convenient use of cleaners Consider using with an EZ Clean Surface Cleaner for fast and easy cleaning of large areas MFG Model # : UT80993A MFG Part # : UT80993A or$399.00 3 year warranty Ryobi 3100 psi 2.5 GPM Honda Engine Gas Pressure Washer with Idle Down Powered by a 187 cc Honda engine Idle down technology for better fuel efficiency 5-in-1 nozzle for easy spray-pattern changes 25 ft. Power Flex hose bends like rope for easy management Maintenance free aluminum pump On-board detergent tank On-board accessory storage 3 year warranty Roll cage frame design keeps engine protected in rough conditions Consider using with an EZ clean surface cleaner for fast and easy cleaning of large areas 30 day guarantee MFG Model # : RY80940 MFG Part # : RY80940 I figure i won't notice much of a difference in power either way (one is bigger, one is smaller than what I used). The 3 year warranty sounds good on the $$$one, as does the aluminum pump (no rust). Any other considerations I should look at? Leaning towards the Ryobi...

ahh..but it shouldn't be, it should be no different than poking a poodle with a stick.
mods shouldn't wield/threaten the ban button if they get in a debate about something. Once they get into a debate the mods hat should come off. Mods should be detached from the boards, not joining in and then using a mods power when it suits.
Poodles will let go ~ they have smaller teeth and their jaws don't lock on. While a bite from a poodle might sting a little, it's nothing compared to a pit
That said ~ (gawd I hate that phrase) I agree with you.
Edit: I'm sure OMR & GM also agree as long as everyone plays by the rules (no hits below the belt, personal info, etc.).

The modding here was fine before OMR became a mod. The only bullshit was when threads were merged or titles were changed. And really that's just a little bit of a piss off....not a lot.
It's still pretty much the same minus OMR publicly bashing Anabolic Halo when he could have simply sent the guy a PM saying "enough with the bullshit threads bro". But he went public with it because he wanted a reaction.
That's not likely to change any time soon since it's Ron who does that 99% of the time. He doesn't like duplicate topics cluttering up the main boards or topics that have morphed into subjects with non-descript subject lines.
Since a lot of GB is self policed, a public warning often serves it's purpose better than a private one. Who knows? Maybe a PM was sent without success.

BUMP...
I haven't been to Aldi in a few weeks, except to quickly run in after work to buy eggs and Greek yogurt. Any good buys lately, Princess?
Tenderloins - $5.99/lb Had one on the grill last night & it was very good. Avocados - .49/ea Strawberries - .99/lb Kiwi - .99/bag (about 6) Eggs - .89/doz.
My favorite all-purpose frying pan. $14.99 I bought one last year and it's great. Not at all flimsy, non-stick. Washes up beautifully.

Nice....I like how you are trying to hold that shit over my head. Great mod. You're the one that originally released the fucking pic so quit fucking talking.
Believe what you want. I've done the same for others when aware of them. Your privacy can be overlooked if you'd prefer.

I think what you mean is that OMR is the ONLY mod that has been active in modding duties in a long time. That doesn't constitute best or worst....it just is what it is.
You are obviously clueless as to what I or other mods do on a daily basis and that includes removal of YOUR unedited pictures.

Why is it in all movies or life in general , do they always call making their car payment, " paying the note ? " . also what attracts them so much to strawberry soda or grape? not being racist in any way, but would like honest answers?
Note = promissory note Grape Soda = Southern thing. I think grape nehi was bottled or originated in Georgia (although Radar O'Reilly from Iowa loved it too).

I see what you did there. Damn, as much as I try I really think most people on here hate me. I just tried to play along. It's a shame cause I love this damn site.
I don't believe that.
I don't hate you.

There was an interview on CNN I think, with the guy wearing the sunglasses on his head. He sounded like trailer park ghetto trash Ramsey did a great job considering the circumstances!

You didn't get what i meant, I am the first one to say quality entertainment should stay on the G and O even if it's not bodybuilding related but you jumped in at a time when I was having a heated discussion with someone who spends all his days posting trash about bodybuilder relentlessly so my comment is meant as 'Ron's site is a bodybuilding site first and foremost, of course there is room for more but the guy i was discussing with always bashes bodybuilding so I asked him ''wtf is he doing at a bodybuilding site so my comments were taken out of contents.
Sorry I blew up
Honestly, I barely pay attention to who's saying what, just the content....

Ron has spoken on this many times and he has said that he has been embarrassed of the behaviour around here so why can't I repeat what he has said to us?
I'm not taking sides here at all. I believe the 'embarrassment' you speak of relates to some of the more blatant crap that goes on around here such as the racism, anti-semitic, gay porn, graphic and gruesome pictures/posts, personal threats, gimmicks, etc., not the random "off-topic" BS. While clearly some threads don't belong on the G & O, it is the most visited, so if the topic is very active, I'll let it sit there awhile before moving it where it actually belongs (even though I get bitched at for it ) unless it gets totally derailed. I believe Ron does the same much of the time.
IMO, there needs to be a decent balance; over-moderation pisses people off. Following the "letter of the law" will only serve to stifle the entertainment value of Thunderdome ~ there are other sites if someone wants a monarchy.
Just my .02
