Yes. It can be a PITA if you don't have good tools. You want a metal spudger (pry tool). The plastic ones they send in most kits are pretty useless when you go to pry the old LCD / Digitizer out of the frame.

You're entitled to your opinion but have you looked around? From the crop that's available these days I'd take a nice tithing Christian girl any day. I guess that depends on your wants and needs though. But you do need to be sure the church is putting those funds to good use. Most do a lot of charity work that the casual visitor may not be aware of.

When my brother and I hadn't been training long we were doing standing calf raises using a smith machine and a wood platform about 6 or so inches high and maybe 2 feet square or so.
He was doing a set and apparently we didn't think the physics through very well, because the platform tipped so his feet went to the floor and the platform stood up and at the same time he was falling face first with the bar on his neck right towards the platform which was standing upright now. Luckily the bar turned forward on its way down so the hooks caught and it stopped before he really got hurt. We didn't do calf raises in that manner anymore.
One time I had the leg press loaded up and for some reason I unloaded one entire side first. That made a pretty good crash when it tipped.

ahahahaha Sounds like the lamest shit ever. I was even considering watching Lost since so many people like it but now since all the six seasons are nothing but a long fucking mind trip....fuck that. Like MichaelScottDM said, everything that happened was real. You should give it a shot, you may like it.

I did the same thing about 13 years ago. Kept pushing and pushing and finally heard the pop and could barely walk out. I didn't rupture the disc but at least once a year it will swell and put me just about completely out of commission.

I'm from KC, MO and was thinking of planning a family trip to Orlando and then driving to the beach towards the end of March. My concern is would it be warm enough or too cold to really enjoy the ocean? Thanks!

hey bro, i have driven the magnum quite extensively. mostly work related, but none the less have put it through the ringer. in terms of power in relation to chevy and ford the dodge is the way to go. however,if you are using it for work i.e. construction go with ford. i'm sure many people will say screw ford but, i hate to say it they can take a pounding and just keep going. chevy's suck ass, i have one myself and have the world famous door not closing problems due to shitty engineering. it happens to every chevy truck after you go over enough bumps. sorry i'm rambling, if you can afford it get the magnum with the viper engine. that's a bad ass mofo. then take the gov out to attain maximum ball shrinking speeds. hope i helped somewhat
I'm assuming you thought he was talking about the Ram, not the Magnum?

old school...youre correct "cicadas" only come out every 15 years....or maybe its 13...but anyway, that is actually a pic of a locust.
the only difference between a locust and a cicada (other than the 15 year thing) is the coloring....
You're closer than most. For an insect that is so common, I still don't understand how so many people don't know what they are. Many people incorrectly call it a locust. Locusts are just a type of grasshopper. Unfortunately, the cicada was misclassified years ago, and the name seems to have stuck. And there are two different common types of cicadas, the annual - also known as dog-day cicadas or harvest flies - and the periodical cicada, those are the ones that emerge after 13-17 years in the soil. They only live for a month or so just long enough to reproduce and start the cycle over.

Having children also lowers levels, which makes sense because you become more nurturing and patient without all the test making you edgy and violent. It's science. If you want sources for this info, you'll find it yourself if you're interested enough. Let me guess, you don't have any kids do you?

what type of weighted ab exercises do you suggest.
One of my favorites is to hook a close grip handle to the pulldown machine. Then sit down facing away from the machine. Crunch down like you're hitting an ab shot. Nothing can beat it in my book.
