if your arms look close in circumfrance, how is Mike giving an illusion of size? illusion = barely, if at all, being able to recognise the actual size/weight/whatever underneath the illusion.
and you're right, your arms do look almost as big as mike's. it's pretty easy to see that. mike isnt giving off much of an illusion in my eyes.
that's the thing; standing next to me, his arms don't look that big. mike is 100 times the bodybuilder i could ever be, but i look a similar size. that's is the whole point of Moosejay's topic here. when on stage Mike looks way more massive than me do to the tiny joints and insertion points. his arms being bigger than his head has as much to do with his head being small, but that is the theory of relativity at work. my arms were too big at the elbow and shoulder tie-ins,, making a less dramatic flair and making my arms look unimpressive at a similar size.

it's all joint, insertion and muscle bellies. this is Matarazzo when they were claiming his arms were 23". mine were barely over 19" cold at the time and they look pretty close in actual circumference. he totally kills me in shape, which gives the illusion of size, as Moosejay states. look also at the size of Mike's cranium, which again makes his arms appear larger.

wow----------completely out of his mind
he is almost as crazy as Daddywaddy---except it seems like his IQ is at least 30 pts higher than Daddy's---which puts him on the borderline retard line
i read that they had a real hard time in grade school until they found out they were dyslexic. then they found out they had genius IQ's. definately masters at self-promotion

I gotta tell you I had a old friend who competed named Ron Gibson. He had unreal veins in his arms. Curtis Leffler too was unreal vascular. But Haz buddy you might have both of them beat. I used to have the veins in my forearms and one down my bicep and one would come out sometime across my chest but that was about it with veins for me. I didn't like the sacrifice of food for veins.
leffler was a freak! he was the last amateur to beat Paul Dillett. 252lbs. on stage. powerhouse to. you probably also met Clint Beryle (sp) a chiropractor who had garden hoses.

I would say the best Getbigger in terms of size and conditioning combined is probably Hazbin.
Size alone - close call between Wisconsin and Bigmikecox.
hey, thanx everyone. luckily i was always able to get rid of 20-25lbs. of muscle in the last 2 days before a show. it's alot easier decorating the curtains at the back of the stage than for those poor buggers who have to stand up front posing under those hot lights.

Pretty strong at most of them actually. I had a little bit of problems with my lower back so I havent pulled really heavy deads for a while though. Im all good now.
wisconsin, i assume that's where you are from. a good friend of mine is from there. Steve Disalvo. he actually trained with the KAZ back when they could only bench 450lbs. each. ever heard of him? he wrestled for years, even a stint in the wwf as "strangler" steve disalvo. doesn't he remind you of that Alex dude??

Thanks man. I don't really have any bodyparts that stick out as being crazy big, but I also don't have any glaring weaknesses.
huge squat, huge bench, maybe a little lighter on the deadlift??
