everyone thanks for all your advice, im going to back off a bit for the next several weeks at least until im done this cycle and see what happens. at this point if im not growing ill try anything.

ok rdw here is my exact schedual:
mon- back= lat pull down, cable row, hammerstrength high row, dumbell row, wide grip t-bar row, dead lift, iso machine row, close grip weighted pull ups, one arm cable rows.

tues- biceps= suppination curls, preacher straight bar curls, dumbell preacher curls, standing easy bar curls, 2 sifferent cablle curls, hammerstrength preacher curls, and another preacher machine that varies where in the rep the most resistance is(sorry i dont know that that machine is caled)
wed- chest = incline dumbell press, incline bench press, flat bench press, flat hammer strength press, incline hammer strength, pec deck, incline fly's, flat fly's, cable cross overs. then ill just pick out 2 machines i didnt use

thurs- shoulders = dumbell press, lateral raises, front raises, seated shoulder press, rear delt fly, shrugs, upright rows,  hammerstrength shoulder press, like with chest i then vary 2 more shoulder machines.

fri- triceps=  close grip bench, skull crushers, over head one arm dumbells, lying one arm dumbells, cable pushdowns, rope pushdowns, reverse curls, weighted dips, 2 hand over head dumbell raises, one arm rope pull downs.

sat- legs= squat, hack squat, leg extension, incline leg press, leg curls, straight leg deal lift, seated calf raises, standing calf raises, 1 legged leg curls. and i found i only need 10 min of abs eod. my problem is packing it on not

i got the back acne and 24 hour boners,lol, on a side note my fiancee loves that part of it., i just got back from the gym, i droped down to 7 exercises for back and now i feel like i didnt do anything. on a positive note the weight i was able to use went up 20 lbs from last week. bi's are tomorrow im gonna try to go super heavy and only do 4 or 5 different exercises. thanks for all the advice.

im using 2 different brands, deca is nutrivet and test is pharmrxl

i dont know if theres any t400 left out there but i did just ger t500 made by pharm rxl, its a blend like t4oo but no prop and no pain. try to find it i promise youll like it

heres my problem, im not growing. diet is good 400 mg protien per day, about 5500 calories( food is measured every day.)give or take 200(sometimes i just cant finish my last meal). 800 mg test and 400 mg deca per week. as for training heres how it goes, 1 body part per day, eg. back is today, 9 to 12 exercises per body part at 4 sets each as heavy as i can go for 6 to 8 reps with strict form. i train 6 days a week with no cardio at all. ill take any advice anyone can offer, thank you.

I just finished 600mg enth and 600mg equipoise for 10wks, have 2 more bottles of test enth left but was considering maybe getting some tren and anadrol, or tren and deca to stack with the test. i want to gain alot of weight but i do want the gains to be quality ones, not just bloat and water retention. oh by the way. i have hcg, nolva, and clomid as well. diet is good, though i did take a cheat day this month and pigged out on pizza, taco bell and mcdonalds. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ive heard that QV no longer exists. Ive had such great results with Anadrol from them, i was wondering if any other company out there was making it?

my calories and protien are measured every day so im sure of how much im getting. as for the strength increase i am coming back from a bit of time off(6 months off untill jan this year) im still no where near the weight or strength i used to be at. as for the fats in my dies im not exactly sure, as for carbs i get 2 cups of oats, and one cup of brown rice per day. as for those requesting proof of the weight i bench as soon as i get back from vacation on the 21st i promise ill post either a pic series or if i can find a friend that has a video camera ill poast a vid of it. bottom line is that i dont care if im pressing 135, i just want to gain some weight. i am however picking up some growth and what for me is a large amount of test, p

in the past 8 weeks my incline bench went from using 180 for reps of 6-8 to using 315 for the same number of reps. ive had verry similar results with all of the other exercises that i do. the only thing is that ive only put on about 10 lbs bringing me up to 175( im only 5'7"). personaly i couldnt care less how mmuch i lifted if i was getting bigger but im just not. im getting at least 4500 kcal per day, over 300 grams of protien, and still not packing on the size the way i want to. all im doing right now i 600mg test enth and 300 mg eqipoise per week, any suggestions?

Hi huys, I'm new to the board and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. i think i pulled something in my back doing chest last wed. and before you ask no it wasnt because i have bad form. lol. it was actually putting the dumbell back in the rack.Any way, i did back yesterday and while i was doing dumbell rows with what for me was just a stupid amount of weight i re-injured it. the pain is much worse and im leaving for vacation this sat. anyone have any ideas on how long this will take to heal up and when i can hit the gym again. i relly hate taking time off.

does anyone know about how long it should take to completely heal a pullesd back muscle while im on a cycle? I first pulled it last wed and re injured it this monday, only this time the pain is more intense. lol...this is what i get for over doing it the week before my vacation.
