got'em for 6wks when I got out of prison.
bought $14 jugs of BodyFortress Whey protein at walmart, 3lb tubes of ground beef, hamburger helper, generic oatmeal, chicken nuggets, bbq sauce, milk, and dollar store egg's. $200/month gets a lot of food if you gotta cook it yourself.
$ 200 worth of food lasts only about 2 weeks or so if your eating 5/6 meals a day. I was on and off food stamps for 2 years. |

The Catholic Church is the richest organisation in the World and they preach not being materialistic. Am I the only one who sees the evil hypocrisy in this. Why do people keep going, are they so dumb they can't see through all this shite!

Ive never been a clubhead but getting out of your comfort zone is a good thing. Ive only been to a few but the last time i went was not even a month ago. I had a good time, even though i got kicked out for being too drunk/walking into walls. Dam jagerbombs.

or do you rather just stand around with ILS?
do you even go out and have fun or do you stay at home being afraid to miss the anabolic window for the next meal?
women do pay attention to movement ability, and predictaly, bc of they think good movement and rhytm will be good for sex.
id even agree with that somewhat.
All about using your hips when it comes to dancing/sex. |

CT Fletcher world champion bench presser, strict curler and liar: I disagree with him talking about that you cant get abs from doing 20 min ab workouts.............He should try the AB Workout from P90X. |

Id want to try all 3 but......would prefer p90x simply because insanity/gsp rushfit are allllll cardio. Theres a new one from beachbody called BODY BEAST..........same thing as going to the gym though and lifting weights. |
