Other species just aren't at the level that we are at. Some may eventually evolve over time to be on par with us... but at the rate we're sending the other species to extinction I don't think that'll happen. Possibly the technology we create will overtake even us and send us to extinction.

have you ever used a bench shirt? my single ply katana needed over 600lbs of pressure to be able to touch my chest, so no, it doesn't just 'focus the sarcomeres'. you need to use the correct plane to maximise the shirt's leverage but its very easy to dump the weight and hurt yourself.  nothing at all like smith machine.

1. Kiwiol is actually one of my best friends in real life. He's 100% never cycled... I'm on gear and when I talk to him about stuff it's me talking at him, he hasn't got a clue. I used to suspect but after having dozens of conversations (in real life) with him about the topic I'm 100% convinced it's a fact that he's as natty as they get.

Yes he is indian, and he was pretty close to 220 at his peak and yes I do know him personally. we both studied at the same university.

i have to agree with this.. i have a samoan mate of mine who is like 260 lbs and 22% bf at 5'10 or so... he has 20 inch gunz, huge legs (prob 28+ inches NO SHIT and you cna see some seperation.. huge calves.. traps are huge and i trust this guy when he says he never used sh!t... bench presses 405++, but if he was to diet down he would probably be just at the higher end of the natty limit

say you for example you put him on the following for 12 - 16 weeks to get ready for a show gh, t3, slin (at appropriate times), test, winny, and a bit of clen off and on. he might even come in to a show at 220 from that starting point. he's a natty there remember, do you remember how you responded first cycle? man I bet he'd come on stage looking like a freak!

once they diet down as a natty they lose a ton of muscle. i know a ton of these guys; they tend to be big all their life and are usually laos, samoan, black, some middle eastern, italian, german

also, he either isn't natty or isn't 220

granted he isn't 10%... but he worked very hard. I think he just had a better propensity to store glycogen than most of us mere mortals do.

I used to workout with him on occasion, and he was a beast... deadlifting 5 and a half plates a side for couple of sets (pretty good for a natty if you ask me). that's the sort of training you need to do to get big. his sessions were very big on volume (lasting around 3 hours total). he only trained 3-4 times per week from what I remember.

some people just have it in their genetics to grow big. I do agree he'd loose most if he dieted down... but hey... the point is some people can get very large and strong without drugs..

fellas like kiwiol could win major bodybuilding competitions building up naturally then when the time comes doing a cut with some gear.

whaaat? you need to run a test base. you shouldn't be running npp or tren by themselves.


I don't recommend you run tren without dropping that bodyfat. do some cardio first and get nice and fit... then run your tren.

For all the money tbumz has spent on improving his body it has been a dismal failure to this point.

He has lost a lot of body fat, but I find him offensive to look at. His skin tone, his body hair, his love handles and general ugliness. He looks like he would smell terrible and probably has bad breath.

Read some stuff about eggs further back..

I eat between 10-30 whole eggs per day. Smiley

Best way is to scramble them using a microwave. Put 6 eggs in a bowl and stir them up with a fork then cook them on high for 2 minutes. Immediately scramble them up with a fork and cook for a further 30s - 1m if needed.


No need for protein powders.

IMO benching isn't the best chest builder, however it is the best upper body exercise. Guys that can bench heavy have a fuller looking upper body. Can you build big legs without squats? Ya but they don't look the same as a guy who does them.

You know how some guys have huge chests, shoulders, and triceps but something just doesn't look right? they just dont flow together? I wonder if that has something to do with the fact that they may not do exercises that uses several bodyparts.

Why argue that benching works as much of your chest as it does shoulders and triceps, isnt that a good thing?

Did Ronnies squatting,deadlifting,and benching kind of tie his whole body together?

Matter of fact is that with the bench press you can handle the most weight out of any of the upper body exercises. You can work the weight you use on benches (db or bb) way way above any other upperbody exercise... that is the reason it is the best pec builder. It's not the best exercise for isolating pecs by a long shot.. granted... but because it allows you to use the most weight, while heavily involving the pecs, you can push your pec development the most with this exercise alone.

not much at all. having the natural hormonal system up and running is much much better than being on steroids. feel like i've got test flu most days. sometimes yeah, after a shot of tren and a bit of slin i'm walking around like a big pimp daddy and girls (and guys) can't help but look and make passes at me.. yeah that's a cool feeling. that's kinda shallow tho.

if i could go back to before I ever touched the hormones I would... they seem to take the love out of your life and make everything here and now! (or maybe that's just me.)
