Didn't sound like he got at tip at all.  When the other guy on the phone asks him about a tip the driver says "not at all".   It's confusing for another reason, because at the beginning the customer clearly says he always tips 21%, but $5 on a $15 bill is not 21%.   The whole thing is fucked up. 

You could probably get away eating like that in your 20's if you're reasonably active, but once you hit your 30's and your metabolism starts slowing down, that diet is going to make you fat very quickly.

I think people are misunderstanding what's being said here on the voicemail recording.   The driver when asked if he was tipped says "not at all".   He didn't get a $5 tip.  It's the other person on the phone that says if a kneegrow gives $5 tip they are a fine outstanding citizen.  But that doesn't mean this guy gave $5.   The driver did not get a tip at all, and that's why he's fuming.

Although a calorie is a calorie, your hormonal response to different types of calories differs.   i.e.  what goes on internally in terms of hormonal response when you consume 1500 calories worth of doughnuts is completely different than what goes on when you consume 1500 calories of steak.   But I'm assuming you are already aware of that.
