working in the bar i let some 4 american girls stay overtime because they were like please please we will consume blabla.
so this one guy of them asks me if in switzerland the tip is already in the price of the drink.
i said no its not.
so when they were done, it was some 50.50 in our currency here
then he gives me 50(half"dollar" too little) and i look at it and tell him thats not enough(he mustnt tip but atleast pay the full price), he looks at me like cow which heard thunder for first time, obviously thinking he could get away with this.
i had no nerves for him and told him to fuck off right now.
negative tipping.after asking if the tipmoney is in the total price already.
i hope he dies a horrible death
Now, that's something I'd never do...when it comes to alcohol I am frivilous with my money

I would have offered, no doubt about it. As long as I got to keep the pizza chick when he left. Fair trade.
OK, no worries I'll call you when I'm back in a few months. Make sure you are standing directly in my line of vision at the arrival hall with my name sign or I may walk out and forget to call you

the fact he went to a hotel and to your room is a little out of the way. Dropping off at a house is easy, just hop out of the car and 20 yards away is the doorbell. But parking in a red at a hotel, going through the lobby, up an elevator, to your room. That is a lot out of the way. $5 should have been his tip.
By the way. NEED MORE PICS.
They also added 3 bucks on for delivery though I think. But yeah, I was a cheap bastard on this occasion. Lesson learned. I felt like running after him with a few more bucks. As for more pics, I have plenty of pics of her but no ass pics really as she catches me trying to take pics, haha.

$30 - 26.12 = 3.88. you gave him a 14.8% tip, less than minimum courtesy.
more than that, under $5 is generally seen as stingy when the total is over $20. i worked in bars and any time someone had a bill over $20 and the "tip" was just the bill rounded to the next $5 amount it felt less like a tip and more like "i don't want loose change".
Did you not read what I said? I was a waiter myself for 3 months in Myrtle Beach when I was on a student visa. I normally tip very well in restaurants, especially bars 'cos I'm an Irish drunk. Yeah, I undertipped on this occasion slightly I guess.

So I was in Florida 2 weeks ago. I stayed in an airport hotel with my American lady friend the night before I flew back. I ordered pizza to my room and the guy came to my room on 4th floor and was about 40 yrs old dude, very friendly of course and brought us paper plates. Now, normally I tip minimum 15% usually 20%+ when I'm on vacation in the US but on this occasion the bill came to $26.12 and I gave him $30 in notes (a 20 and 10). I told him to keep the change and he said thank you very much and was nice about it but I got the impression he expected more. I asked my lady friend afterwards if I had tipped him enough and she said a buck or two more would have been better...I felt bad about it. Trivial, I know. But was I right or wrong? I felt I should have went and got him another buck or two from the table...
I have included a picture of my young American lady friend for your time. Thank you.

Over a decade ago, I used to volunteer at the local soup kitchen in Hell's Kitchen. I have always felt strongly about helping the homeless and hungry. Anyhow, one of those times I volunteered, I ended up hugging a homeless man that happened to have bed bugs on his person.
Well, what was meant as a good gesture between two men, turned into a nightmare for well over two months, as my apartment and subsequently building, became infested by bed bugs. It started with my apartment and slowly spread to my neighbors. The morning right after that faithful day, I had bug bites at the ankles, wrists and knees.
It took over 2 months of fumigation for those bugs to finally die out. Our landlord was kind enough to pay for us to stay at one of his neighboring properties.
That's why I made that comment, as I speak from experience regarding such matters..

Holy shit. I've never had that issue but I remember when I was staying with my friends in Australia and their whole fucking house was infested, several of the beds. The lads had bites all over 'em and were trying to get rid of the bugs for ages. I've never heard of anyone getting them in Ireland but they must exist here also, just less common. GROSS!!

Are you being totally serious here? Don't most people love jet lag? It's a well known fact that many companies make drugs to mimic the effects of jet lag because it's so great.
Thank you. Just what I was thinking. WTF? Jetlag is awesome. I love the feeling it makes me feel really drunk and fuzzy all day long.

I lived in Perth for about 8 months and had plenty of Aussie male friends. The Irish get on pretty well with the Aussies for the most part although I hear in parts of Sydney the Irish are wreaking havoc at times. Australia is a great, great country and the women were hot as hell and the easiest to get into bed I ever encountered.
