I have not played in sports specifically lately due to the elbow injury. Before that I was an avid golfer, and played basketball twice a week.

I've had pretty bad pain in my right elbow for three years now, and after a few cortisone shots, countless Ice massages, stretches, and lower volume training the pain has never subsided. I'm currently on my seventh month of absolutely no weight training and the pain remains. I've seen a couple of orthopedic docs, but they both claim it's just tendonitis that needs rest and rehab.

The pain is on the outside of my elbow, right on the bone.

Has anyone ever had similar symptoms to these? Is surgery the only real option at this point? Huh

I need real bad boy Getbig expert advice right here, any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

What is the weather like there in May? A quick google search shows the avg. temps around 65-70, is the water warm enough to even get in?
