mosat experts says they are much better than puldowns . yet not easy to do . i think lee haney did few pulups . yet had a great back . more athletic move.. yet chin ups aparatus ar often too fragile . not sturdy enough too scarce and made for average height people .

strentgh is also more than barbell lifts . pulling a bus and a few strongman feats counts too .. backlifts etc

i remember many chin up set up so low . so few tall people could do it . they think only average size people train with weights . of course the pulldown became more popular . so

chin ups are great . but often the chin up apparatus is akward and set too low for tall people

yes one armwas much more peaked . . back double biceps was great because again great arms . with brachialis . well in evidence . . good traps and low back .but those ARMS .

lou was better in hercules than in the hulk . . kazmaier had the perfect look for the hulk if he knew acting .

arnold too had one arm better than the other . it seems . lou calves and back were a bit average . arnold back was not his strongest point either .

liu lacked a bit in back and calves . but he was more of a strentgh athlete than the oak could ever hope to be . could you imagine arnold competting in the first wsm in 1977 .  STRENTGH .  was not the oak domain . even franco was  beaten by louie there . i know its noy bodybuilding but it shows lou ferrigno versatility .

arnold thighs that is . but in his days few had amazing thighs . i think the 45 degree leg press was non existant in the first place . . arnold had great calves but . yes lacked balance . triceps forearms . comes to mind .
