No worries, chicks dig all types of guys, and all different types of looks, the look that seems to have worked for me the best is the clean cut look, it's all about trial and error, but this current look, clean cut/lean/long hair ..seems to work the best for me, from younger girls to cougars, you just have to figure out what works for you and stick with it.

I'm sure there are some girls that think that, not really concerned all that much, I've worked in the bar industry for over 8 years, I've seemed to be pretty successful with women. In terms of being high maintenance...lol not at all, I just like to look good and feel good, it's not too hard to throw on a dress shirt, put some gel in the hair, and shave your face before you go out at night. Actually being groomed is a requirement where I work anyway.

This one is pretty funny, yeah I staged a whole photo shoot, put on color and hired all these guys to stand with me just to get blue stars Heres a few shots from the show..

Hey guys thanks for all the positive comments, actually most of the thread is positive, so thanks for the props. Some things to clear up, honestly I'm completely natural, I've talked about this a million times, believe it or not..I weigh 150 pounds in those photo's actually probably less, thats what I weighed when I left my house in the morning. I knew about the competition when I came into town, I heard a girl in the gym talking about competing in bikini, I then checked online and saw that it was in three weeks, I then began to diet and train with hopes of getting in good enough shape in time for the competition, when I woke up on Friday morning I thought I looked good enough to step on stage without being embarased of how I looked, so I registered and signed up for the contest on Friday, show was on Saturday. Don't know why all the hate from mainly Mothballs, but it's all good, I'm in a very good place in life and am super excited about the win.

Hey guys, finally decided to enter my first competition, registered the day before the show, and ended up winning my class, Men's Physique Short Class. It was a positive experience all around and I just caught a glimpse into the hardwork and dedication that goes into training for one of these. I met alot of great people and definitely plan on entering another one, and training for it properly. It wouldn't be a Go 4 It thread with out a few pics from the show, so flame away boys! Ron hook it up with some Blue Stars!

Lol..I like how you left out, the "better" photos from the comp, any way I'm light years ahead from those pics, dude I used the Palumbo diet for that comp, but never carbed up on the carb up days...in those photos I'm extremely depleted....and my back is actually my best body part.

I came on this site to learn more about bodybuilding, nutrition, and training with the addition of some comic relief..people being frightened to post a picture of themselves is beyond confusing to me being that this is a board geared toward fitness and training.

You couldn't be more wrong, I'm proud of my physique and have no problem displaying it, especially due to the fact that I've never had to use drugs to attain my build, I know that what I've got I've earned and it's not going anywhere, unlike friends of mine that I know who have juiced who's physiques are all over the place, big a few months, fat, skinny, all the while losing their hair and there minds eventually...alll because they didn't want to put in the work...I'm not negetive, the people that know me in life are constantly telling me how positive and optomistic I am. Theres a difference between being an attention whore, and being proud and confident in myself and my abilities.

Let me guess, you're a power lifter who doesn't need abs to be strong right??

All I can say is that having a good set of abs attracts more females of all ages atleast from my experience...I will say that when I'm heavier I tend to get more Milfs/cougars. Which physique do you think attracts more attention, I can easily say when I'm leaner I get alot more compliments, you would be surprised how dropping just a few percent body fat can change your entire look and how people view you.

Not really, I actually was going to dress up as Rambo, but I didn't feel like buying a bunch of shit/looking for it (gun, pants, knife, boots) so I knew I already had this costume from years ago, it was just more convenient, I knew I was in good enough shape to pull it of so why not..
