No you didn't. And I see you neglected to address anything I said in that post. Because you know it to be true. Your plan works but it's not not the best, healthiest or ideal plan. Personal attacks show, you're avoiding the subject. In addition, carb cycling is what I advocated, not, low carbs, there is a difference.

We are not talking what is healthiest, we are talking what is most efficient there bro. I don't give a crap what you feel is ideal or not, I am writing for those who want to diet efficiently without the hassle of counting calories or having to complicate things further, that's it. If you don't like it don't do it, simple. You are right though maybe I jump the gun a bit by being rude, so I apologize for that Wiggs.

THE LIST

OK, here are your protein sources;

Egg whites
Chicken breast
lean Turkey
Cod
Haddock
Salmon
Tuna
Talipia
Shrimp
Liver
Protein shake ( find one with less then 4 grams of carbs per serving)

Now the following protein sources are kept to once a day;

Lean steak
Lean ground beef
Lean roast beef
Veal

In general I do not consider certain vegetable source to be carbs, cause your metabolism process them without any storage of fat, in other words the calories do not convert to fat

Here are your vegetable source;

Asparagus
Broccoli/purple sprouting broccoli
Cabbage
Cucumber
Onion
Spinach
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
Green Peppers

 Now the following vegetables should be kept to a minimum;

Celery
Carrots
Mushrooms
Peas

Dietary fats can come from flax oil or a supplement, I do not recommend they come from nuts or sees. From experience it is very easy to go crazy eating from nuts and seeds and can sabotage your diet.

Diet drinks are allowed, they have zero calories anyway.

Keep your veg. to one serving per meal.

Some people actually enjoy reading OTH.

Wiggs, you are a fat fuck STFU.

ukjeff, open your own thread and help people there using your methods. You aren't contributing to this thread dumbass you're being annoying.

Just my 2 cents
Thank you brother, my intentions are good, this guy has a bruised ego for some reason.
6979  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 02:35:50 PM
I'm on Tren ace, and i eat clean. i don't have a specific diet......i use common sense and I probably eat less than 2500 calories a day on average at a BW of 230.... keeps me around 8%...

and i have no aspirations of getting any leaner, I like the way I look...100% satisfied.

If i wanted to put the hammer down and get to contest levels, i would use OTH method for the simple reason that it's simple. I can't be bothered measuring out carb/fat/protien ratios , reading nutrition labels and worrying about what i'm gonna eat all day and if it's "ok for my diet"....fuck that.

Simplicity for the win.
This was my whole agenda right there, what you wrote, keep it simple, No counting, no figuring out macro BS, no second guessing anything just get shredded without losing muscle, DONE.
6980  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: The Sandy Hook Shooting - Fully Exposed on: January 13, 2013, 02:31:19 PM
There is no town of Sandy Hook, the whole thing is made up........oh, wait, i thought there is more than one gunman and it is real, oh wait, the kids aren't really dead, and they are stupid enough to let them take publicity photos with the president oh wait..every mass shooting is fake, the government has invented whole towns and communities that don't exist in seven different towns and nobody has been able to say a thing about it even on the internet.

Fucking idiots. some morons need to think they know something everyone else doesn't know.
lmao that was funny  Grin

ADDRESSING THE CHEAT/CARB DAY[/
If you are on low carbs no need for this

On a no carb diet most people use the weekly approach for a carb up day. I do not use this approach.

What I do is simple, I pick intervals in body weight throughtout the course of my journey and once every interval is met I have a cheat day.

Here is an example; start the diet at 250lb and I end up at 205lb so I pick all my cheat days in advance like this;

244 lb
239 lb
234 lb
229 lb
225 lb
221 lb
217 lb
214 lb
211 lb
208 lb
205 lb

Every time I hit my next weight goal I have a carb up day. The carb up day is 300-350 grams of carbs and it does not matter if the carbs are from complex sources or simple sources cause you are way depleted anyway, you will burn it all regardless.

Now notice how the first interval is 6lb and the last one is only 3 lb, well that is because at the beginning you lose lots of weight fast and then as you approach less bodyfat your weight lost slow down. weigh yourself on empty stomach first thing in the morning
6983  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 01:42:01 PM
Yes but you are one person , I can go very low carbs without the feelings you are talking about and that's with working full time, sometimes pretty long days and training 3-4 times a week on top, and can't say I've heard of many others talking about going hypo on low carb/keto diets...
Once you adapt I would imagine blood sugar levels would be pretty stable on a low carb diet(?)

Just because something doesn't suit you doesn't meant that applies to everyone or even the majority. I don't feel any different on a low carb diet than I do on a more fat restrictive/mod carb diet. I just find it easier to fit in with ED life as don't need to worry about making calculations other than carbs.
EXACTLY^^^, how much simpler can it get

I have zero tolerance for whiners and cry babies. These diets are not a walk in the park and they are not for everyone, although anyone can do it, but they are intended for serious people ready for the challenge not some one who lacks will power.

I own a roofing business and I am on a sloped roof shingling all day sometimes on zero carbs for 12 hours, wtf? there is no excuses, this guy ukjeff is a big baby crying about hypo, that is a fucken cop out for a lack of will power.
6984  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 01:33:53 PM
Save the bit about flatness, these claims are all demonstrably false.

1. Ketosis-inducing diets (there aren't many varieties, but there's more than one) have always worked tremendously well for me as far as stripping away bodyfat, maintaining muscle, keeping energy levels stable, and maintaining a modicum of mental function are concerned. I suspect many doubters are "virgins talking about sex," so to speak, never having tried the diet. And that's understandable, given the U.S. government (via the NIH, mostly) demonizes any such approach to dieting to the extreme, an attitude which trickles down into nutritionists' minds across the country.

I also suspect that those who are complaining of having tried such a diet either didn't do it properly and thus never entered ketosis in the first place -- meandering on the border between 'low enough carbs' and 'just a bit too many carbs' -- or otherwise are referring solely to low carb diets, which are different than ketosis-inducing diets (which are essentially zero carb diets).

2. OTH, what sort of cardio regime do you like to implement in conjunction with your diet?
Excellent post.

I usually have people to cardio at least 3 times a week, the goal of course is to reach an hour each time but they can start at 30 min and work their way up.  This is considering they are active throughout the day but if they have an office job or something where they don't move much I will increase it to as much as everyday. Now there are a few that do no cardio at all but they have laborious jobs and burn a lot throughtout the day.

With all your knowledge and all your clients getting shredded and you still struggling to get below 6% maybe its you who needs to man up and get your act together.

So that's your retort? Let me break down for you like this smartass. Explain Hany Rambod, and alot of other fatass gurus? They've never seen their abs and they'll make you look like a moron so your argument is invalid. Now instead of trying to attack me personally to discredit me, try attacking my ideas....Guess what? You can't cause they aren't flawed.  You're an absolutely horrible debater.

I've seen my abs plenty.
Hit a nerve, did I?  Cry Grin
6989  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 01:13:47 PM
They wouldn't be hungry and give up if they had carbs and a balnced meal plan. There's no need to get belligerent, if your practices were sound, they'd speak for themselves and would be very difficult to argue. As you see, this isn't the case.  We can argue and poke holes in your flawed plan all day. There is no arguing with balance because it is ideal. In the end, yours is extreme and un-ideal and what I and others prescribe is healthy and balanced. There's no arguing against it.
HAHAHA this is not the case, oh you don't see my striated glutes on the other page, brother trust me the results speak for themselves.

And you are dead wrong about people giving up on no carbs. From my experience way more people give up on low carb diets then no carb diets. Cause once you taste the carbs they binge and if you are eating carbs daily you are at risk daily. Nothing can be further from the truth, the no carb diets have less people quiting- that is a fact.
6990  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 01:08:27 PM
I will when you answer thisPS I now know why you picked "onetimehard"  Wink
Good then I will answer to get rid of your dumb ass. I have not done a show since 08, but I have still been down to 6-7% bodyfat since several times but with out the incentive of a show never had the need to get to 3%. Will do regionals, provincials and nationals in 2013 if stay injury free.

Wiggs, sorry bro but you have never seen your abs in your whole life so what can you possibly relate to here bro, I get people shredded everyday and have a feel for what motivates people and what they want, nothing in life is easy, but I have zero tolerance for cry babies.
6992  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 12:59:17 PM
You said no one had given up, whats the difference?
You stated specific reasons for them giving up and no one has given up based on reasons you stated. People give up all the time cause they are hungry and can not deal with the will it takes to continue, for those who are like that, I am sorry but CRY MY A FUCKEN RIVER.

Now please kindly fuck off, some serious people here that enjoy my advise and I am actually making a difference in there life so I need to address them, don't have time for you.
6993  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 12:54:33 PM
Started using the no carb diet back around 1980. You def have to watch how much fat you eat. Fish chicken turkey and throw in a steak or two a day. You actually don't even need the veggies unless you diet is real low in fat then you need them for fiber to stay regular.
Yes my preference is capping the fat at 40 grams, of course give or take then going with the green Veg. instead of high fats (100+grams)
6994  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 12:51:55 PM
so, is this diet viable for people who don't care about getting into "contest condition" but just maintaining high singles bf year round?

Huh

if so, please show a sample of ACTUAL meals that you could eat year round.
If you don't care for contest conditioning then go low carbs, that will get you into single digits. Meals will come soon bro, I promise  Wink
6995  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 12:46:32 PM
There are many ways to get ripped and I prefer the no carb route. Going the hig or "higher" carb route will still get you there but you will have to count your calories more and keep a good record of what you are eating.
agree^^
6996  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 12:43:56 PM
Wow!!!
You have been helping and advising people for 6 years and not one has stopped taking your advice due to the fact that your system wasnt working for them?Huh?
Now bearing in mind you have been advising people of this diet for 6 years it takes me back to your earlier comment when you commented on not getting in the same condition as your "best picture" and why haven't you replicated that condition?

let me remind you of this before you answer
Well?
I never said no one has stopped, stop putting words in my mouth
6997  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fu.... the experts, non-sense. Get shredded, instructions on a paper napkin on: January 13, 2013, 12:42:07 PM
I'm not interested in having OTH explain why it works. Who cares? If you try it, you know it works, and that's all that really matters. It worked perfectly for me my last show. Here's what I ate, every day, like clockwork. Just stopped caring about what I ate (this is not how I eat normally, by the way):

Meal one: 8 egg whites, 1 piece of fat-free cheese slice, as many tomatoes or lettuce as I want
Meal two: 50g of protein from whey protein shake in water
Meal three: 8 oz of chicken breast baked, as much lettuce or green peppers as I want
Meal four: same as meal two
Meal five: same as meal three
Meal six: same as meal two

Dropped 50lbs (yes, I got real fat in the off-season) in 20 weeks.

Those who can't, teach. Those who can, win.

Questions for OTH:

1. do you put spices on the chicken and egg whites? Or is it just plain?
2. do you let yourself eat red meat on the plan (lean stuff, like eye of round, or flank, etc...), or just fish/egg whites/chicken breast?
3. you believe cheat meals are ok once or twice per week? Or you just gun hard on your body until show day?

Sorry trying to answer a question around here is hard since UKjeff has a hard on for me and won't get off my nuts.

Anyway, yes I put spices, as long as it is zero calories the ski is the limit. Sometimes I use 5 calories per serving dressing as well to add flavor, but I don't go overboard with this.

Now the protein only sources are exactly that "protein only" so if I do eat a steak or any type of red meat the fat involved comes off my 40 grams of fat per day daily limit.

And yes there are cheat days, I will address them in post of there own to explain how I use them in a couple minutes.

Also , running on empty whist taking stimulants is a recipe for disaster, good luck.
Are you fucken retarded or something? This was in response to your dumb comment on not having fuel for your workouts. Look at my lifts, obviously my workouts are doing just fine, that was my point dumbass.

Now are you done making a fool out of yourself and derailing this thread, do you not see all these people saying this approach works awesome. So if you don't mind I would like to continuing helping people reach their goals around here without any more retarded post, but hey it's a free world, do what you want but you are looking real stupid here.
