Here are the details of that energy drink I mentioned earlier in this thread.  Orders start on Sunday!  I'll post the order link then.

You probably need to take some digestive enzymes with it?  Breakouts are often due to the body not being able to process whatever you're taking or eating.

Crave Energy Drink is soon to be released.  It's a unique and revolutionary drink because it comes in the form of a powder, instead of in a can, so it's easy to add to your bottled water at the gym.  (Look at my avatar.)  It doesn't have that energy drink aftertaste either.  It doesn't have added caffeine (caffeine it does have comes from Guarana Root), it uses a small amount of low glycemic sugar, so it doesn't spike your insulin levels.  This also means you don't get a hard crash from it, and it lasts 4 - 6 hours.  Below are some details about other ingredients from Corporate:

"Crave has about the same amount of caffeine as a regular cup of coffee.  And, much less that what a Starbucks coffee has.  But, with the Vitamin "C", and the B6 & B12  Vitamins, as well as the Niacin and Pantothenic Acid and that unique and exclusive delievery system .... the Enzact77kŪ well as the Taurine, Guarana and Kolanut Extract.........all this combines to give an incredible boost in lasting energy without the crash and common headaches and nervousness associated with many energy drinks."

I'll keep you up to date, and let you know when you can order it.

I've been taking these enzymes for a few weeks, and it's improved my psoriasis so far.  Now I plan on mixing a couple of the pills into my protein shakes after workouts to see if it helps with that.
