1  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko -- question on: February 16, 2014, 10:42:14 PM
creatinine is always gonna be bit high if you carry more mscle mass than the average joe.real muscle ,not bloof of nothingness mind you

urea, they have that reuglar upper limit of 8.5 whatever euro units, to break slightly above that is not dangerous, if it exceeded 10 its simply time to have a day off the gym.if it breaks the 13range long term, one is asking for problems.thats my doctors words.

theres also creatinine kinease, which is bit complicated to properly measure, just like cholesterol, would have to have it tested couple times a day over 1-2days, but if thats 100-400 what euro units are used to measure its no problm, i seen this parameter being 2000+ in women who train, this one is bit inconsistent and can literaly give shocking readings.

the most useful of these will be urea, over 13 is no good, i think its nmol-liter.i was getting solid 15nmol-l readings Lips sealed

Thanks for sharing bro!

Photoshoot turned up pretty awesome. I am waiting for the photosnfromnthe photographer.

I entered my first competion just hours ago, lol albeit a fitness kinda competition, made it to the top 13 out of 61 people. Could have done better, was kinda of a last minute thingy 2 days after the shoot and i ate crap after the photoshoot and put on 8+lb. But it was fun as hell! Will work harder next time. Give me a moment. Will post pics that i took from my phone from the photoshoot.

6  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, 2nd half on: August 24, 2013, 12:11:06 PM
Oh another thing, i think i am holding water from my anadrol, (50mg). Will be dropping it today (4 days out), will the diuretic take care of the water or should i blast masteron?
7  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, 2nd half on: August 24, 2013, 12:09:10 PM
this is what the thread is all about, we were off track for a bit but now we all will keep it dieting related, your questions are important. I am glad you are asking question, by all means keep them coming.

Nobody does it better then gal, he lives ripped year round, he knows what makes him full and dry through experience as good as anyone.

Bro OTH,

with regards to the sample loading plan of yours, should i fat load 2 days out? Or should i just stick with 500-600g of carbs and lean protein?

Like mentioned in my other post, my photoshoot is at 6am, soif i were to backtrack 3 days prior, how would u dose the dyazide? 1/2 tab every 12 hr?

Thanks again brah
8  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, 2nd half on: August 24, 2013, 11:24:39 AM
hm, ill adress this later , but if you see the video above that was yesterdya, yeah shredded, but today i did something, and damndamn, looking brutally shredded and dry even for my standards.

its not just what to do,its also what youve done before it.but stil this is kinda individual, and even me who can play around with carb ubs bc im shreddd all year, its often hit and miss haha, same for noone, but we kinda have one or 2 ways which always work well.

will post later when at work Cheesy

Sorry to hijack the thread again, but gal can u please elaborate? Im all ears
9  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko please grace us with your nutritional strategy on: August 23, 2013, 08:42:31 PM
Gal,

Any input with regards to the loading phase as i posted on OTH's thread?
There is a war going on there lol. Already had a great input from OTH and i hope to learn from u and noone as well.
10  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, 2nd half on: August 23, 2013, 11:29:26 AM
6 am throws a wrench in everything but it is doable, just eat like a pig right before bed, I mean really stuff yourself, I would do something with fats like the prime rib.

Unfortunately you might not benefit from eating chocolate then falling asleep so try to eat 4 to 5 chocolate bars the second you wake up, since you do not have too much time stick with heavy sugar, some flavored rice cakes with sodium free peanut butter will work good.

make sure to use the washroom, even if don't have to go, try to anyway cause your stomach will be full, want to bring down the volume in your midsection, no you are going to feel so dhydrated and thirsty and your mouth will be like cement but restrain yourself the best you can, you will have a dry full look, if you can hold off. I have 1 popsicle when I wake up in this case, if you must bring a container with some ice cubes and suck on them if you must.

Good luck bro, long journey you just took, might as well go that extra mile.  Wink

Thanks very much bro! Much appreciated!
11  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, 2nd half on: August 23, 2013, 10:51:06 AM
Yes, this blows me up and dries me out big time. Everyone is different so results may vary.

7 days out- take in sodium (salt), 4-6 table spoons,... In your case because you are fasting during this time you have to take the salt with water. Drink as much water as humanly possible

6 days out- I guess you would still be fasting. Drink tons of water

5 days out-Bring back proteins and veggies, Tons of water

4 days out- Same as day 5, Tons of water

3 days out- Same as day 4 and 5. Tons of water

2 days out

- First half the day 2 meals 100 grams of carbs each meal, Complex carbs, Drink a lot of water.

-Second half of the day 3 meals 150 to 200 grams of carbs per meal, limit your water to a glass and a half per meal.

1 day out

, 6 meals, no sodium in your meals, complex carbs for the first 4 meals and the last 2 carbs and fats, A prime rip dinner would be good. Big meals, the bigger the better

Now, this is important, keep 1 liter of water by your side and sip throughout the day in small amounts, just enough to get the food down, this starts the second you wake up in the morning and that is all the water you get until after the shoot.

Day of

 - Wake up have 5 pancakes, have a breakfast, no saturated fats but include fats and carbs and starting 6 hours out have a chocolate bar once every hour, this is where you pig out beyond belief, don't hold back from the time you open your eyes

30 minutes before, get the sugar in you, make sure you are very warm almost to the point of breaking a sweat, the heat in your blood brings out the vascularity and if you are cold, say good bye to your veins.

Diazide, 3 days out, 2 days out, 1 day out and day of, one per day

 Cool Wink

Hey bro, thanks for the info.
The photoshoot is scheduled in the morning at 6am due to lighting conditions.
How would i adjust the shitloading part? Unless i wake up every hour to eat?
12  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, 2nd half on: August 22, 2013, 07:00:39 AM
Hey guys,

I was wondering how do u guys fill up and peak after beint depleted from this diet.
I've been using gal/noones diet (pretty close, fell off the wagon few times cause i have been pratically dieting for a year, experimenting with various diets) and i plan to peak for a photoshoot which is like 1 week away, just had my cheat meal yesterday and i plan to fast for 36hrs or more before my next meal to put myself into a depleted state and hopefully lose a little bit more fat before the shoot. I reckon im below 6% right now.

Ops i got carried away, anyhow, nhow do i look my best? Previously i did a 2 day shit loading for a test run, used 1 1/2 diazide 24 hrs before. Looked pretty good but somehow i feel i can be much fuller. Any tips bros?
13  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: The Book - The Galeniko-Noone method - is ready on: July 18, 2013, 09:26:33 AM
I have actually experimented having the cheat meal, then taking a nap like 2-3hrs and then working out.
Felt great in the gym, and the cool thing was that bodypart kinda fully recovered the next day no DOMS
What so ever even if i killed it at the gym. Experimented with leg training so far. I kinda figured the massive increase of insulin stimulated the mtor and thus resulted in muscle building process? Im no science guy but i do read this stuff for knowledge.

If it works, it would be great in incorperate this into the 'bulking' stage. Thoughts?

I am currently sticking to the blueprint, wont be experimenting for the time being till i hit my desired level
Of crazy shreddedness lol

And i need to get some serious tanning done. Lol

Having fair skin with striations is like being Clark Kent
15  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, strategies, plans and a step by step journey to 3 % BF on: July 18, 2013, 07:46:10 AM
Another thing i want to add with regards to gal/noone protocol*, the fasting thing is pure genius. Previously i adapted the IF concept and pushed tonthe maximum of 20hr fast. Right now im experimenting with ~36hr fast post cheat meals (throwing 2 workouts in there, still fullnof energy and great pump btw), and have been doing roughly 24hr fast (1 meal per day) in between those dieting days. Its really tough mentally but i see results, and i honestly feel like im putting on some size albeit the flatness which i came to ignore.
16  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, strategies, plans and a step by step journey to 3 % BF on: July 17, 2013, 11:53:57 PM
Carbs make regular people sleepy, most do not notice because they eat carbs everyday and go about there business. What make the body sleepy is processing the carbs into glycogen, this is a one step process,

however when you have not eaten carbs in some time you are no longer using glycogen as your primary source of fuel, at this point your bodyfat would be your primary source. So now that you introduced carbs back into your system, it becomes a 2 step process, not one. The extra step is to switch from using your body fat as fuel to using your glycogen stores and of course the process of converting carbs into glycogen. This process can cause you to feel this way you described.

Makes sense! Thanks bro
17  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, strategies, plans and a step by step journey to 3 % BF on: July 17, 2013, 10:08:06 PM
wow that is awesome, I enjoy hearing guys like you that don't fuck around and try to learn as much as humanly possible and putting it to use.

Good luck bro, keep us updated if you are going to do a show. Gal and no one have your back for that, you know that. I do as well. The first advise I give anyone before they step on stage is.... practice your posing,  Cool

Thanks bro! So many gems of information right now.
Just a quick question, normally after my cheat meal (the next day) I will feel
really lethargic, is it because I did not cheat enough or the choice of food? I did not
go crazy with the meal yesterday, had burger fries, half a brownie, some peanut butter
And biscuits. Definitely less than 4k calories as my appetite was shot!
18  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: OTH'S 60 day diet, strategies, plans and a step by step journey to 3 % BF on: July 17, 2013, 09:52:11 PM
Very very informative thread.

Been learning tons lately from your old FU expert thread (i actually book marked it on my iphone)
alongside gal/noone thread and book. I am also doing an extreme cut right now to see and learn about my
Body and i plan to competr next year for the first time and bringing in the craziest conditioning ever.

The timing of this couldnt be any better. Had my cheat meal yesterday after 3 days of protein only diet,
woke up tight but flat and i realized my appetite has shrunk tremendously!
19  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: The Book - The Galeniko-Noone method - is ready on: July 13, 2013, 09:07:29 PM
Guys i am done reading 1/2 of the book.

I can honestly tell u that it is so worth it. I have been dieting since last year July, albeit freaking long,
I experimented with alot of methods out there and by chance alot of times when i accidently broke through
A plataue (did not eat over a period of time) actually yield me the best results. I really found alot of 'I EXPERIENCED THAT TOO!' moments while im reading this. Good stuff bro, money well spent.

Gal/noone, i have discovered some stuff myself before coming across this which i believe its in line with the system. I shall experiment more after my photoshoot (going to get super shredded, almost there) and share it with u guys.

Gal, check pm.
21  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko please grace us with your nutritional strategy on: July 10, 2013, 08:18:46 AM
Oh yea, how about intra workout bcaa/eaa, carb free of course. I take them for the taste lol
22  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko please grace us with your nutritional strategy on: July 09, 2013, 11:20:01 PM
oh no problem, part 1 just forget about all that.
not to sound like an add, but in the book its exactly explained why you can jst do away with even thinking about that.

this bring us to your second question, yes,we both played around with it, and even think its ok to a degree to play around with it.
however, all those changes imo are only any good for one day or so.
how can i say, neither way comes close to what and how we do it.

esp the maintaining , it is incredible with what one gets away if all rules are followed.

but very important, all in your first question is totaly moot point if our way is followed.

you peopl will not be dissapointed Smiley

as for the tren, you know i heard how ppl said its turning all and any excess calories into muscle just based on them feeling hot from inside after bigger meals and sweating, lol, this happens on all anabolics.

we have special views on peds, youll see, i think its a sane approach.

to follow a conventional diet like pros do is one of the most ridiculous things a gymrat could do.

i think the book is very complete, noone can judge on that, and soon will be the first reviews i guess.

but again, to your second question, to get from 6% to the absolute lowest, its ok to play around with macros a bit.

if all fails, we restart, thats the good thing about being gymrat, theres room for error.

Exactly what I thought, the amount is PEDs ran does dictate
The higher carbs, carb cycling method. Thanks for the feedback bro.
23  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko please grace us with your nutritional strategy on: July 09, 2013, 08:54:28 PM
Really love this thread.

Dont mean to hijack this thread but I have some questions floating around in my head for quite some
Time now. It would be very educational at least for me if i can have inputs from u guys with real life
Expereience and knowledge, be it bro science or whatever. Alot of times what i realize is people
Parroting (is it even a word lol) what others preach, example carb cycling without knowing the concept
Or idea behind it. I fell into those scenarios many times and i feel kinda dumb when i think back about it.
Thats why i really appreciate what gal and noone is doing as they are explaining and sharing the idea
Behind the diet of theirs.

1) Why do people actually carb cycle? Is it more of a caloric cycling concept? Why not just run a constant
Low calorie diet with lower carbs and have a high carb day instead of low, medium, high, super high days?
We have some pro carb cyclers in this thread, please share ur thoughts.

Im thinking the reason behind it is because of the drugs (insulin) and maybe tren? Some say to get the best
Outta running tren is introducing carbs? Will the idea hold true if you are just running low dose tren and test? I reckon carb cycling is more like having the drugs do the work (which will be very much drug dosage
Dependent) then having more of a 'natural' approach.

2) gal/noone, i was initially running this diet solely on protein for 2 weeks (~1000 calories), and then i switched it up to running 60%fats & 40% protein. Right now im trying around 75% protein 25% carbs (since im on low dose tren) I dont mean to Bastardize the diet, just playing around with it. Have u tried those different combinations and what are
Ur findings? Would be cool if u could be specific.

Hope to learn more from this. Thanks guys!
24  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko please grace us with your nutritional strategy on: July 08, 2013, 12:04:58 PM
you just asume 2500-3000 calories.

thats on the safe side.

yes it does change overtime.
if you get to 5% or even less, things change alot.

down to 10%, maintenance meal isnt even necesary, its rather to hold through mentaly and to have something to look forward, then 10-6% theyre kinda needed, after that, theyre absolutely needed.
see it this way at your leanest that meals is kinda like new onset to get even lower in bodyfat.

Thanks for the reply gal. Another question, since we are all different and the frequency of those meals
might differ for each individual sub 6%, what are the physical signs to have that meal? I can withstand
all the hunger pains and can really push myself but about a week back i had a massive crash to my body,
I could hardly feel a pump regardless how hard i squeeze and i was like a walking zombie. I reckon i was
Pushing it too far?

Some of us have the more is better mentality whereby in this case the longer i can withstand not having
that meal the better. Also i was kinda chasing the weight scale, i got stucked at a certain body weight and
It just wont go down any further. Was already consuming about 800cals, weight training 6-7times a week and was doing cardio. Lol

25  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Galeniko please grace us with your nutritional strategy on: July 08, 2013, 11:19:06 AM
Noone,

When u talk about having a maintenance meal every forth day,
How do i know/count my maintenance calories? And wouldnt that change overtime if i have been dieting
for some time?
