simply put, the weight is too heavy. dont use a straight barbell to do curls. This can hurt your forarms for the entire week to come.
supersets with light/medium weights have stretch marks on my bi's and tri's
give em a try.

by the way, have someone do these tests on you to figure out what muscle is hurt/strained in your shoulders.....
point thumbs towards the floor, and have someone press down when you try to press up (this is where my shoulder was weak) this is a weak/strained rotator cuff injury
palms facing, try pressing out while someone presses in
palms facing, pressing in while someone tries pressing out

bro the reason why you are feeling pain in the shoulders is pressing movements. please be careful with over head or upper chest work outs. this really kills the shoulders.
I just got back from my shoulder doctor (who performed surgery on me lastyear) and i went to complain about shoulder pain and he said straight out it hurts because you are putting too much strain on it doing pressing movements. He said the rotator cuff was strained non stop after work outs.
THATS the reason why after wokring back its feeling better, you are strengthening the week muscles you have in the back of your shoulders.

I'm a smaller dude so i think my calve size fits my body nicely. However; i'd like to work on bringing the muscle up so it looks more "flexed" when im standing still, walking, etc. I know this is mostly genetic but any exercises or machines i specifically for bringing up the calves?

I agree, running first cycle here...
1-12 test-e 500mg week 1-4 20mg dbol day
on day 19 i was up 11 pounds, and im 5'7 so i dont put on weight like big dudes.
very impressed so far
hcg every 5th day and novla for pct.

Thanks for the replies, my friend had some for a great deal so i couldn't pass it up. I really want to take it for the "muscle hardness" im reading about and the anti-e properties + less boat would just be a plus.....
any feedback on vascularity or muscle density/hardness would be appreciated!
I'm 20yrs old so theres no sex drive problems here..
