So Obama and Reid are blameless again. Why didnt it happen under W?
FYI - how is a small business w an online prescense supposed to comply w this crap?
The answer to that is online payment systems such as paypal and other merchant accounts will have to make it automatic. That's the only way the $$ would actually be dispersed to the appropriate state/county. How complex would it be to pay thousands of different billers all over the country based on selling something in that area? Very. That's why you can also count on merchant fees for those sales going way up also. It all gets passed on to the purchaser. If tax is 7% and merchant fees go up 3% to the seller, AT LEAST a 10% price increase for the consumer. Easy math there... Nobody in a small business that ships say 50 orders a day is going to hire somebody based on the extra work...but they might be doing all they can already....they would just ignore it or put a flat rate on there somehow. There are going to be a lot of small businesses going from corporate status to DBAs in 2014.

He could buy a used 250 Ninja or CBR250R and stay close to his price range. That way when he crashes he will only be going 40 mph.....and may survive. Well, I started on an '82 GS1100E so I used my will to live to learn how to tame the thing, haha. And yeah he could buy an older bike like a KZ450 or GS550 or Seca but besides being old they are heavy, handle poorly and have bad brakes compared to a Ninja or CBR 250...and fixing a bike while you learn to ride sucks. There's always the Suzuki 650 Savage and there are a couple recent 250 cruisers like the Virago and GZ250.

Ever rode an old Kaw GPZ 750 Turbo? That's a sneaky one when the turbo is spooled up.
The Bandit would be a bike that wouldn't lose value and would be harder to outgrow though. Not like it's a V-max....if you can't ride a 600 Bandit you shouldn't be on a sport bike at all....IMO.

If you are buying any $2000 sport bike I would pay close attention to year, condition, tires, miles and who the current owner is frankly.
If the Ninja 500 is less than 10 years old and in good shape might be fine. Another good cheap bike in that cc range is a Suzuki Bandit 600.

These talk shows for the last 25 years....men have to explain themselves....a feminist war on masculine features....everything male is aloof, unreliable, selfish and uncommunicative. They have warned women to be so sure a guy would fuck around and leave them when looks start to fade that they pre-empt those actions with a heightened level of control and decision making just for the sake of being first. Being told to be more agressive, and basically more male in nature due to some imaginary race to see who can be lousy first.
Get burnt and you can understand why some of us would see long term relationships to be a more temporary action like owning a new car or having a pet....fun once but eventually it's going to be over. This is progress? Bummer.

I heard he took 2 cybergenics phase 1 courses in 6 weeks instead of one.
it was simply too strong for him and his muscles exploded killing him
the coroner reported large traces of smilax officialanis, inosine, chlorophyl, mumie, dibencozide, gamma oryzanol, FRAC, beta-sitersterol and amino wafers.
a sad end but if you are going to push it like that you will literally explode from muscle growth.
I am also lead to believe he was training using 21's and did several one day arm blitzes in recent months.
Okay this is funny as fuck for you guys that were around in the early 90s....
