Guys if you have hard time to pin, if there are bloods or oils coming out sometimes you may need to use a bigger needle, it seems strange but it's way more easy and less pain to pin with bigger needle deep into the muscle than with smaller needle.

yes but sometimes they turn out black, it's like there is a little blood behind the skin where I pin, I know its sound may be weird.

Another thing, any tips to don't have blood after injecting, I always aspirate but when I take off the needle there is always blood that coming out. any tips ?

GH is only worth it, if you take huge amount of it and year long. Otherwise stick to AAS.

Hi all, I always wonder why pro bodybuilder don't do cardio, I mean they do cardio to burn fat but not to have good heart rate.

My question is do you guys do cardio on cycle ? if yes do you do it to burn fat or to increase your heart ?

Most of them start as teen, ronnie did. But not all pro bodybuilder start Hormone at that young of age. You don't have to start hormone as a teen to become someday a pro bodybuilder.

As most of them start hormone at a very young age. How did they afford that ? I heard that Jay started at 17 and Lee Priest at 16, how come they have enough money for that ? and How did they get that ?
