oh and before any negative comments, no, i only watched this for 2 days to see what the "big SO SO important" commotion and life changing (sarcasm here) of american citizens this trial would impact us all situation this was.

this trial is so wrong on so many levels where to start? ( yeah, i know don't watch it then!) but some points i want to make and i don't know "is it me?"...

1) since when does a cable network show 1 trial instead of actual national and worldwide events for hours and hours everyday? why call it Headline News channel?.. and WHY THIS CASE? aren't there more important news and information and yes, other cases more important that actually affect people's lives?

2) since when is a murder death penalty case 'ENTERTAINMENT?".. i mean you have so-called experts and the various tv hosts, joking, playing to the camera, talking about it like it's a sports event with their tone of voice to make it what "really exciting and salacious for the home viewers?"and so on! THIS IS A MURDER TRIAL! having "false juries" creating the murder scene and acting it out in a "entertainment" over the top way? wtf!

3) what is up with the prosecutor posing for photos and signing autographs???!!.. what the hell is that? instead of having integrity what he wants to be famous too? perhaps get his own tv show like crazy nancy grace? right there what does that say about him? and then you have the idiot hosts saying later " what was he supposed to do, be rude to these people and tell them no?" YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. IF HE WAS A MAN WITH INTEGRITY FOR HIS POSITION AND WHAT HE IS DOING ' he would have said to these people " i'm sorry i'm not a celebrity and this is not right, i'm a prosecutor working on a murder case this is serious business. who cares if these strangers who he would never see again, think he was rude and while we are on the subject, what kind of idiot people would want this guy's autograph and picture with him in the first place? is he a sports star? a movie star? no he's a prosecutor on a murder case? so what you think he's cool and admire him? these people have nothing better to do? they are nutty too?

OKAY, i have to just put this out there. WHY is it when you go to a movie black people HAVE TO CONSTANTLY TALK, MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING, TALK BACK TO THE SCREEN AND SO ON?...

the other day went to see the new halle berry movie "the call"... decent movie until the end which was stupid and cheesy... anyway, halfway packed theater for a early show on saturday, more blacks then whites for a change,, and throughout the movie.. i have to hear this non stop talking and "hmm, mmm you go girl!".. "don't go in there" "why didn't she"... i mean for 2 hours! commenting and talking to the screen. not only that but some were laughing at inappropriate times? oh yeah, it's hilarious to see the young girl getting knocked out by 1 punch and kidnapped put in the trunk of a car? how is that remotely funny??..

anyway, why do black people do this at a movie/in a movie theater? and it seems to be a "universal" thing do no matter what part of the country...

not trying to be all "prejudice" but what is the reason they act this way? it's annoying as hell!

here's a point i'm not sure anyone has made in regards to gun rights,gun ownership and increased background checks....

EVERY SINGLE PERSON  who owns a gun or wants a gun thinks they are "normal".. "or a responsible good person".but obvious THAT IS NOT THE CASE!...

it should be kept just for the PRINCIPLE of it and it's history of the games..

hundreds of hours of coverage and they can't show what a couple of hours of it?....

I've been to more than a few bb shows and have seen women in their 40's, 50's, 60's heck even 70's in the audience go absolutely apeshit over some bber on stage! the same way out in public do these same women are attracted to big muscle. if the guy is also handsome, confident and makes a good living then it's all good for them..

i think it all  comes down to in regards to older women going nuts over bodybuilders has to do with the way they were brought up and the society then, what i mean is women born in the 1930's, 40's, 50's 60's remember when MEN WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MEN! and in the basic way, that meant a man who was muscular, strong, confident, masculine, a strong provider, etcetera. physically the more muscle a man has the more manly and a real man he is in their eyes... they hold on to this belief in what a REAL man is and should be then and now into their 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's...

for those of you who know the law ( law degree, law experience, etcetera) i was just wondering something.

i was just reading online about a book that was published a couple of years ago where the author was forced to "omit" a story/situation/occurence/meeting with a celebrity because that particular celebrity's lawyers had heard about this and would and i guess did threaten this person with a lawsuit and suing them for slander?

the question i have is how can that happen and how does that work? what i mean is if the author is the one writing about this encounter, and the encounter was with this author and the celebrity themselves and if it did happen and is the truth, how can it be libel? what because it would be a he said, she said thing and since this author has/had no eye witnesses besides himself and no actual documented physical proof that legally this author would be just "spreading malicious lies"?

i would think if it was a he said, she said, each side has the same equal amount of power and thus this author, his lawyers and publishing company COULD GO AHEAD and print this information in this book if they truly wanted to, and it would be up to the actual reader to decide if they belief this information..

as it was this information like i said WAS OMITTED due to the legal fear of being sued by this celebrity and their lawyer's...

it is illegal (an actual state law) in texas for a teacher to have sex with a student even if it's consensual and even if the person/persons are 18 and older. not sure if other states have this kind of law, since it is usually a teacher with a underage (under 18) male or female...

i know of students who have had affairs with their teachers, but that was in college, the teacher was a professor and his student was i believe in her early 20's.. i guess this was legal, but perhaps unethical and would have lead to the teacher getting fired..the whole college knew about it, he was a psych professor in his mid to late 40's and married too! got her pregnant and divorced his wife and shacked up with this younger woman.. not sure if he ever resigned or got fired.. i had graduated by then.. funny thing is? i once saw this professor's wife and she was waaaaaay hotter and prettier than this young girl he knocked up and had the affair with? geez, how did that happen? don't know perhaps his wife was a pain in the ass i don't know.
