i allow myself a cheat meal like each week..just meal not day, and when i say meal..im not tlakin i go to mcdicks(mcdonalds) its gonna b a good meal prepared at home from the rents lol. a lot of times im at work and eat salad or at the gfs n her family is all kickboxers..so they eat healthy as hell

my goal, is to get a 300on my PFT(phyical fitness test) for the USMC i want to be able to go to bootcamp and be one of the strongest there, screw that not one of the strongest, i want to be the strongest, i need to be the strongest, i dont like being beat i always need to be the best. i lift weights to find my limit, to see if i can go pass that limit to see if i can prove other people wrong, im now down to 158lbs, and i used to be 220lbs of nothing but fat. now im getting lean, and im getting mean. i was told many times that i wouldnt make it into the marines, so my goals are. make it into the marines.
sorry this reply doesnt make to much sense, i have a bit of a problem wit hthe whole eating right..i had a lot of sugar today..

Everyone can only try for their best; most won't reach 400 lb. not because of a lack of effort but rather genetics and/or injuries as the body breaks down under heavier loads. Those at 400 and above have a predisposition for benching, usually injury-free or something like it. Onlyme's an example, i don't think he's ever been seriously injuried while benching heavy.
yeah i have a messed up shoulder that just pops when i start puttin up to much...but yet i still do hahaa..kinda dumb i know

are you saying we were wrong for going to iraq? have you been? have you read anything about iraq that isnt in the news papers or on tv...go online and read a blog from an actual soldier, or go online and just read about the iraqi war and you would be surprised to see how f*cked up that place would be without us there

i try not to work out my calves because they are already huge enough for me (lmfao) i used to bike alot when i was a tub-a-lard and my legs are like rock...but everything else of me was gross ya know?...but i was in my weightlifting class in school and my friend (we call him pumba) was doing calf rises and he was maxing out and i was like.."dude..can i try? i dont think ive ever done them..." and i jumped onto the calf riser thing and i did a quick warm up of like..3 45lbs on each side and then we started adding on 1-2 45's to each side and we ended up filling it up (10 45lbs on eachside) and i did that 15times((honest to god)) pumba was pissed b/c he could only do 8 45's on each side 4 times
