I am quite proud of the machine because even the great Arthur Jones of Nautilus never built one. He was the person who alerted me to the different functions of the biceps and how important supination was.
I believe it is the most complicated conventional machine for the upper body ever installed in a gym. It has 21 pulleys and 9 different adjustments. It is probably the only original biceps machine built in the last 30 years.
Btw, my comment about what big muscles are good at needs clarifying. Big muscles are good at doing set after set after set after set after set with a big resistance. So that is how you train. Each set taken to the point where you can't do any more reps. Don't get people to help you because then you will always need them. Simply do more sets. Exercise selection will be crucial as you get bigger. Some exercises that were effective may not be so as you grow bigger. You don't need heaps of different exercises, just one effective one repeated many times. Warm up with light sets but go to your limit on each and every set.
Looks like a great machine Vince & is a tremendous accomplishment to go thru the design, R&D + manufacture of such a piece. Bet everyone on here would like to give it a go.

Yea, Alex, if I recall right the entire works came to over $60,000 originally. We were going to purchase two kits and rent them out on a daily basis but there was a long waiting list and the parties involved have all been working constantly so that plan fell apart real fast.
During hard economic times the movie production business picks up because people get depressed and seek some form of comfort on the motion picture screen. My family members have only had a moment's free time during that last writers' strike but have been very busy ever since.
Camera equipment rental is a very interesting business which I'll do my best to explain if there is any interest.
Don't these things need really massive shit hot expensive lenses to create decent image?

Very entertaining poster, Gives a fuck about BB. Does not seem to give a fuck what anyone here thinks. Knew Arnold. Was a pro when it was more of a sport. Is into the power of natural training. Owns gym Compassionate human too boot.
Vince is cool for sure. Deal with it. Not sure about getting into 1970 shape in 2011 but good for him if he wants to have a go.

I generally work out 4 to 5 days a week for just over an hour each time, medium-heavy weights for maximum 6 sets of 10 reps each body part entire body worked 2X a week, abs and calves every session... what BOTHERS me is (even though I supplement with lots of vitamin C, a couple of multis, extra calcium & magnesium, potassium, fish oil, kelp, alfalfa, turmeric, lecithin, and vitamin D-3) I get terrible muscle pain- hurts like hell when I put on my seatbelt, can't sit for more than 10-15 min. as I stiffen up, etc....
My diet is high protein, I'm 6ft 225-230lb so I eat 6 eggs and one piece of multi-grain toast/bagel ever morning and 6 eggs & 1 bread again for dinner.
Sounds like you have gone to hard for to long. Draining of the central nervous system is tough to avoid with that kind of schedule that focus's on the compounds. You ain't going to like it but a break is the only remedy. When you come back after 3 weeks Start with a 3 day a week split for 2 weeks. You may find a new appreciation for recovery and how it is a factor that needs nurturing to get the most out of everything.

I take one 25mg Bronkaid tablet with one 100mg tablet of No Doz brand caffeine. The first dose in the morning, and the second in the afternoon for 6 days out of the week. When I first started I felt the energy rush, but it didn't take long for my body to get used to it. I don't plan on moving up to a 3rd dose or increased quantities. I don't want to be another person in the news giving ephedrine a bad name. It is good to hear that I am not the only one who is somewhat disappointed with the results. However, I will stick with this regimen until the end of the month. When I try again in the spring, I will be sure to give it more time like starting in February or March in order to be ready for spring/summer. Post some updates that first week off this, if at all possible regarding state of mind. Also how much coffee are you drinking coffee on top of this?

please give him an ice helmet for his head to keep down the swelling
Sweet call. It's like a giant intergalactic bee swooped down and stung him on the back of the neck and he is having a bad allergic reaction.
