OK, asides from the same ol' "manage stress" and other health benefits... I lift weights bec. it helps me with curves I'll never have naturally. Nope - no childbearing hips here. But, by "growing my lats" my waist appears smaller...and a "SHAPE" seems I have. 

You two are the BEST! I mean, Lisa for ALL the work she put into it - and u for being there with her. As always, you know y'all have my support. Hope to meet you both real soon...*smile*
