Timmy is the furthest thing from a Jericho fan but respects him putting over Faaaaaaaaaaaaaandaaaaaaa aaaaaaaangoooooooooooooo ooooo. HHH? First off why on Earth is he running a program against Brock Lesnar? Let Brock and Heyman put over the active Federation talent. Brock and Heyman could push Randy Orton over and put him into Super Stardom. If I found a magic lamp in the sand and had just one wish. It's Shane O'Mac. HHH lives in HBK's shadow and is at best a C+ entertainer like Kevin Nash. Beautiful, picture perfect drop kick from Axel tonight on Sin Cara. The Perfect-plex will shine again!! Thats my point, and thats Perfect.
2  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: February is CURT HENNIG MONTH: on: May 24, 2013, 12:28:40 PM
Not only myself, but every fan of Mr. Perfect was excited to see the debut of Axel Curtis the other night on Raw. His drop kick on HHH gave me goose bumps! Yes there's other third generation super stars out there but Timmy believes this guy, with or without Heyman, is gonna be a headliner. I jumped out of my seat I was so happy to see him walking down the ramp. And then what happens??? HHH squashes him in his debut. Not only smacking Perfect jr. in the face but hogging the spot light in their match with this idiotic concussion storyline. Because of that I will never watch anything to do with HHH ever again. I love HBK but HHH is out of my life for good. It's a discrace what he did to Axel Curtis. Seriously one of the worst things I've ever seen in my wrestling fan life. HHH is a louse and I'll never waste another second of my life watching his ego ruin my beloved Federation.
3  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Mayweather v guerrero , May 4 on: April 29, 2013, 11:56:46 AM
Everyone says $ cherry picks his opponents but they are all Champions. Guerrero is the Champion, Cotto was champion, Ortiz was champion, Hatton was undefeated champion. Truth is the only guy he's ducked is Manny Pacquiao and politics also played a huge part in it. That fight will come once Manny signs with Golden Boy next year and it will be the highest grossing sporting event in history.

Guerrero has zero chance of winning this fight even if he gets a KO. Everything is on $'s side. Judges, ref, the doctors that administer the PEDs test, and the city of Las Vegas. It's the $ show. Showtime has a huge investment with $. The guy makes millions of dollars for Vegas whenever he fights. Being the highest paid athlete has it's perks. $ is not going to lose. Even if he gets KO'd by Guerrero, Guerrero's PEDs tests are gonna come back positive to erase the loss on $'s record and Guerrero doesn't have a rematch clause. They won't fight twice. Guerrero has absolutely zero chance of winning.

Didn't see any Federation Superstars today at my gym. Maybe tmrw? Timmy was at Radio City Music Hall today though. We are partying hard here in the Heart of the World! This weekend is going off! Saw Steph and VKM. Steph's a toughy, real tough.
5  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: My WM predictions on: April 04, 2013, 08:41:20 PM
- Rock v. Cena (WWE title) - Cena for this one, Rock's going back to Hollywood.  It's a waste having the title on a guy that never wrestles, better to have him lose and then he can come back for the odd promo leading up to Match III.

- Alberto Del Rio v. Jack Swagger (World title) - Swagger, they kept on with his push after the DUI, so there must be something planned for him.  Gives his gimmick distance for now.

- Wade Barrett v. Miz (Intercontinental title) - Not that fussed on this one, probably Barrett I think.

- Undertaker v. CM Punk - Taker, but not as sure as others think.  I still reckon there's a chance the streak will end one day, and Punk could be the guy to do it.  21-0 though...  Grin

- Triple H v. Lesnar (No Holds Barred; Helmsley's career on the line) - HHH, they can't end his career cos then they'd have to come up with some nonsense way of bringing him back to work and devaluing the whole thing.  There'll be some interference, I reckon we'll have Michaels, Heyman, Steph and then Vince for the win.  Victory McMahons!

- Tell Hell No v. Ziggler & Langston (WWE tag titles) - Don't care really.  No point Ziggler having tag titles as well as the MITB, so Hell No for the win.

- Shield v. Orton, Sheamus, and Big Show - The Shield have had the upper hand for 90% of the feud, so I don't know.  I like Timmy's suggestion of an Orton heel turn though.  Or even Show, he's the dodgy member of the trio supposedly.  Might as well give it to the Shield to keep them going.

- Mark Henry v. Ryback - Ryback.  They've slowed him down recently, and a strong win over the WSM would get him right back on track.  I like Henry's work a lot, but I can't see him being back in any major pushes anymore.

- Chris Jericho v. Fandango - Fandango.  Surely they can't make him lose his debut after all the build?  It'd make no sense to bury him straight away, and Jericho is going walkabout again soon with his band isn't he?

- Team Rhodes Scholars v. "Tons of Funk" (Tensai and Brodus Clay) - Waste of time.  Rhodes is wasted in this, and I don't get why Albert is even around at all.  I did notice the other night that one of the Bella's might have had a boob job, so that's one reason to watch it.

All Henry does is put people over. Great promo today by the WSM at Radio City. 17 years with the company living in Harlem. How many guys has WSM put over. D Bryan became a star because of WSM. He's top shelf in my book. No offense to Rybach and applaude his success, but I'd like to see WSM take the win and do more Main Event work. "Thats what I do!!!!". The guy is awesome! Many thanks for all of his years entertaining us. He should be wearing that World Title strap not Del Rio or Swagger.
6  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: My WM predictions on: April 03, 2013, 03:16:45 PM
Cena is definitely gonna win and set up for a third match against the Rock next Mania.

Swagger all the way. I think Del Rio is one of the Feds top talents but not as a face. I don't think Ziggler is gonna cash in the brief case. Everyone in the World is expecting it that's why it isn't gonna happen. If he does it will be in the Cena/Rock match.

Barrett is gonna retain because Miz is gonna be feuding for the big belts for the rest of 13. Whether its against Cena or Swagger he's gonna be in the spotlight.

Undertaker 21-0. Punk has the opportunity to steal the show here and put on the performance of the evening.

HBK is gonna be in HHHs corner. There's a surprise!!!! Long hair or crew cut it's still the HBK show with HHH forever living in his shadow. Lesnars gonna win and Mr. Wrestlemania will make HHH shine like he has done for the majority of his career.

Team Hell No will retain. Zig has the briefcase, the big monster side kick, and AJ. They don't need the belts and team Hell No are still way over with the fans. They are gonna play off the Mr money in the bank as long as they can.

Orton is gonna turn heel and join the shield. Shield will definitely win.

I don't know about this one? WSM should get the victory but Rybach really needs it. Win loose or draw Henry is still Henry. Rybachs momentum has seriously slowed and cannot see the fans having interest in him for much longer. Maybe count out or DQ? I think WSM is one of the Feds best guys and hope he shines on Sunday.

Jericho will put over Fandango for the victory. They didn't put all this time and effort into Fandango just to loose in his debut match. Jericho by the way is almost rock bottom. He has never looked so bad. The chest, the constant stoned red eyes, and the new tats are a big sign that he's close to the end.

Scholars vs Tons of funk is only on the card for Brodus Clays intro and dancing performances before and after the match. Tons of funk for the win. I think Cody Rhodes is the most underutilized superstar on the current Federation roster. That guy is a all around a terrific performer. The mustache is brilliant.

Congrats to all the HOF inductees. Timmy is really looking forward to Sunday night. I hope all the Superstars put on a terrific show and most of all no one gets hurt! Weather is gonna be a factor. Gonna be cold!

7  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Royal Rumble 2013 on: January 28, 2013, 01:32:33 PM
I think this was the first Rumble Timmy never watched. I knew Cena was gonna win the Rumble and the Rock was gonna beat Punk. It was inevitable that Cena vs the Rock headlined Mania. I really thought Batista was gonna show up in the Rumble though, instead it was Jericho. Now does anyone else believe that VKM is the shield? Timmy is still going to Mania. I wish VKM would comb his hair back like he used to and lead us into the next attitude era already. Glad to see Del Rio doing so well. Sorry to CM Punk. He's officially on the back burner again sitting right next to Randy Orton doing nothing. Ryback is history as well. 2013 is another year of the Cenation.
8  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Create your own wrestler on: January 09, 2013, 06:00:44 PM

You beat me to it with Mr P. I watched the Edge DVD the other day. He was a brilliant performer. What a career that guy had! He was no doubt one of the greatest.
9  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: What would be your Mount Rushmore of wrestling managers? on: January 09, 2013, 05:57:03 PM
This is a hard one. Timmy is Federation only. The Brain definitely. He should have his own personal Mount Rushmore. But I'd say Bobby, Master Fuji, Paul Bearer, and Sensational Sherri. Bobby and Sherri especially.
10  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Mr. Perfect on: January 09, 2013, 05:45:49 PM

My best friend from college went to Mania the year it was in Miami. He said the pop was unbelievable when Rock's music hit. It was also his first time witnessing Taker at Mania. He said the overall card was weak, but the whole atmosphere more than made up for it.

Mania is up your way this year, right?
Timmy has his tickets. I'm getting thrown outta that place that night for sure! I almost got thrown out the other night in Miami. If anyone has never gone to the show live they can never truly understand what the product really is. Timmy went to see the Rock in Miami! That's huge! What a great time. Never been to Mania. Cannot wait!
11  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Mr. Perfect on: January 09, 2013, 05:34:36 PM

He surprised me.

How were your holidays?
Better then ever! In Miami for buisiness. Went to the Smackdown taping the other night. Great time! Place went berzerk for the Rock. Del Rio is the new champ. I really feel the Miz is without a doubt the most well rounded talented performer the show has seen in a very long time.
12  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Mark Madden on The Rock & the current state of WWE: on: January 09, 2013, 05:30:20 PM
It may be old but timmy loves it when the Rock does his "Finally......." saying. I also ALWAYS love it when any superstars make reference to lifting weights. Gave me goose bumps when the Rock said, "Klanging and Banging and Klangin and Banging". Had a killer lift because of that on Tuesday. Besides that he definitely fell flat on Monday. Punk is a very talented guy. He totally looks mismatched standing next to the Rock though. I could buy it against Cena because Cena is another big man, superstar. Punk doesn't have that star quality appeal and the Rock totally overwhelms him with it. I do wish the two of them took jabs at Cena Monday night. Really feel bad for the rest of the roster when they get backseated when the Rock comes back.
13  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Mr. Perfect on: January 09, 2013, 05:23:20 PM
Timmy is by no means saying the Miz is even close to Mr Perfect. I'm just making the comparison because I think that the Miz is another all around performer. You can put him any place in the show and he's gonna do a great job. I cannot remember the last time seeing a more well rounded superstar then the Miz. He could easily be the next it guy. There's so many guys on the roster that are underutilized but the Miz is the only one that can be the next big Superstar to carry the WWE. I wish he had a better finisher, but besides that he's the most perfect performer that's going today.
14  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Is Ric Flair worth it? on: December 16, 2012, 11:39:40 PM
Never saw the attraction for Flair. I think he had great matches because of the people he had in the ring with him, he always says his best matches were with Steamboat..Boom!

I think he is the biggest mark for himself and has never once come out of character. Toss up between bigger mark..Flair or Piper...
There was definitely an attraction for him but it died out fast. Flair always makes reference to past Superstars about how great they were and how current Superstars couldn't "lace their boots" or "carry their jock strap". John Cena just carried the Federation for ten years strong. Earned hundreds of millions of dollars. Ask my nephews, 5th and 6th graders who Ric Flair is. Flairs not even close to the same league as Bret, 3:16, the Rock, John Cena, VKM, or Hulkamania. Here's just a comparison. Who's was a better all around entertainer? Flair or Edge? Soooooooo many guys did so much more for the show then Flair ever did. Timmy doesn't care about the locker room.
15  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Is Ric Flair worth it? on: December 07, 2012, 07:07:43 PM
When Flair first joined the Federation it was one of the best times of my life. Then when he teamed with Perfect to me it couldn't have gotten any better! But then it was all down hill from there. I think the guy did a great job but he's not one of the all time greats. The guy never carried the Federation. I continually hear about his days in the other wrestling organizations and how great he was. So if he was that great, was he past his prime once he joined the Federation?
16  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Industry News & Notes: on: November 08, 2012, 03:11:53 PM

I really doubt Linda will seek a third run - particularly with the substantial margin by which she lost. She reportedly outspent her opponent 8:1 this time around. IIRC, she spent in excess of $60 million on her first bid four years ago.

While it's impossible to predict for sure, I'd say her campaign aspirations are behind her. If that is the case, I would expect to see the family resort to extreme measures to re-build their business empire - especially given the old man's ego. They know what sells, and there is no longer a fear of reprisal from campaign opponents or voters.

NOW, GIVE US BACK OUR F'ng SHOW!!!
Had a very interesting conversation with my brother today discussing our Mania plans and where we see the Federation going in the next years. We've both always have been life long fans but we have never seen eye to eye. Example: he believes Bret was screwed and Timmy knows that Bret screwed Bret. Long story short we're going to raise havoc at Mania and we both agree the next Attitude era is on the horizon. We both agreed that bottom line is VKM is a business man and he's ready to make it bigger and better then ever before. Raw is 3 hours and now theres Mainevent on Wednesday nights. He's got Foley, Lesnar, and the Rock back. 3:16 will jump right back on board. Everything is in position. My bet is things really begin to change in 2013.
17  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Industry News & Notes: on: November 07, 2012, 03:30:30 PM
Was flipping the channels last night and hit Linda Macs loosers speech. Stephanie and short haired HHH were on the stage. She commented that VKM was shy and didn't wanna be on camera. The best part of it was seeing Shane O'Mac. He was standing right next to Momma Mac while she delivered the speech. He looked really healthy but had a full head of long grey hair. Wish more then anything he would come back home to us and lead the Federation into another Attitude era.
18  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Leader of Aces and 8's on: November 07, 2012, 03:23:23 PM
They were getting over too much and it was punks idea so they put the kabosh! on it.
I thought that whole angle was killer! That years Royal Rumble is really what made Timmy a fan of Punk. I much prefer that Cm Punk to today's. I really don't think Heyman is needed. Congratulations with his success. My all time favorite is when he called HHH a doofus.
19  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Start your own fed - 5 picks on: November 07, 2012, 03:17:37 PM

Stick a fork in her, man.
Check the polls...she's done.
I'm not really up on Linda and her senate race. Just what I read here and talk with my wrestling fan friends. How many times has she lost now? If her running and that horrible Benoit tragedy were what encouraged this PG rating, does this mean 2013 is the dawn of another Attitude era?
20  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Start your own fed - 5 picks on: November 06, 2012, 06:53:57 PM
Worked Security back in the late 90s while still finishing up my degree... Did a WWE show... Shook his hand.

My hand was like a little baby hand in his... He could have crushed my hand without so much as a blink.

Super nice guy.
Show and Kane are the last. Serious question to VKM. If Linda comes up short again, are you going to bring the Attitude back?
21  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Start your own fed - 5 picks on: November 03, 2012, 10:55:41 AM
Chief - would you hire Show based on wrestling ability or just the "attraction"?
Both. The guy is overall just a terrific performer. JR always says that you have to see this man in person to understand how big he really is. I have see him many times live and he truly is a giant. He's the best big man that ever entered the square circle.
22  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Ziggler Champ?? on: November 02, 2012, 12:05:48 PM
I am all about lengthy title runs but Sheamus and Punk just don't do it for me. Punk is cramming his title reign down our throats...getting old.

But then again that is Vince....cram it down your throat
Timmy has been watching the Federation his entire life. Punks reign is nothing compared to John Cena. Now that guy has been crammed down our throats for ten years! Punks entrance music isnt as catchy and doesnt have an appealing look. But as an overall performer hes light years ahead of Cena. I really have enjoyed previous versions of Punk but have enjoyed his feud with Ryback. By far his best feud since winning the belt. That feud with Jericho was absolute nonsense.
23  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Leader of Aces and 8's on: November 02, 2012, 11:56:24 AM
I have always enjoyed CM Punk since his arrival to the Federation. My favorite Punk was when he created the SES. Joining with Festus and that bald chick. Anyone know the story about what went sour with them?
24  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Ziggler Champ?? on: November 01, 2012, 08:03:03 PM

I haven't watched in a long time, but good...this is how they should be treating their titles.
Vince's belts have always "meant" something. It'd be better if he doesn't lose that.
Punk has definitely become the number 2 guy. Totally took Ortons spot. Cena will always be the number 1 top guy as long as he wants it. Love and respect all of the Federation superstars, but don't understand Sheamus as Smackdowns top face?
25  Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Wrestling Board / Re: Start your own fed - 5 picks on: October 31, 2012, 09:35:45 PM
Show
Miz
Eve
Alberto Del Rio
Last is a toss up between Justn Gabriel/Damien Sandow
