These are the same women that use corny lines like, "Work Hard, Play Harder." Or other lines such as, "If you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." (all trying to be MM). OR the best one, "I can get dressed up and look all pretty, but I can also kick back with the boys, drink beer and watch football." Ask them to name 5 players on their favorite team from 10 years ago who were not hall of famers, and they will stare at you like you have 10 heads.
This skank on my Facebook always posts self pics gym shots with the hash tag "eat clean, train dirty". Super pretentious. Worst part is that she's nvr been inside a gym until about 7 months ago, now she talking about going into 'pro bikini'. lol. |

Is it bottom etiquette to keep a clean butthole? One recurring thought I have while scrolling through this nightmare: Call me old fashioned, but it seems like it would be a real pain in the hole (figuratively, and literally i guess  ) to be constantly cleaning out your arse, assuming you do it before and after receiving a penis. That's a lot of maintenance. Is it really worth it?  |

In all fairness to Iron Mike, he chose terrible clothes for that appearance that make him look a lot fatter than he actually was there. He must have fired his stylist to save a few $$$. Everything is over sized and pleated; a 10 minute consultation would have made him look half decent. |

He was on Stern last week. Pretty good interview. Stated that he ate 12 times a day w/ weight training to put on size for the role, and he mentioned the same weight gains at TS. The movie is about a group of meatheads with 'born loser' luck that attempt to rob a bank(s), and things go downhill from there. I also hear it's a really funny movie. The only thing I don't get about Wahlberg is that he's become a bible thumper over the last several years. Oh well, his choice.

Hey Vince, is there anything on the market that you're aware of that resembles gymnastic rings, but have a shorter chain/strap? I'm looking for free hanging ring(s) to affix to pull-up a station. I've been doing pull-ups/chins off a bar for years, and it's starting to take it's toll on my elbows. I think the rings would allow my arms/elbows to glide into a more natural position doing pull-ups. Perhaps crossfit may have a similar product. Thanks for any advices. |

Wasn't into drugs, and didn't allow them in his band(s). That's commendable, especially in a RnR environment. I forget who, but Zappa passed a (now) famous and great guitar player b/c said guitarist like his dope.
Only learned of this out recently; Smoke On The Water was written about a set fire that destroyed Zappa's band's gear during a concert in Montreaux.
