I get chronic migraines and used to think it was from MSG, but it was from the high fat content of foods that I was eating with MSG. My mother in law cooks with it and I never get migraines from her cooking. I make a few of her recipes at home and toss a bit of MSG in there too and no migraine at all. I think it's all placebo, as well as people eating extremely shitty, high sodium, high fat foods and violently pointing the finger to MSG.

Don't get me wrong. I don't vilify sugar or carbs, but everything off the shelf is laced with it, in Canada at least. I cook twice a day and bake at least a couple of times per week. I use sugar 4-5 times per week, but I like it only when I choose. I don't like it tucked away in everything. It pushes consumers towards expensive, shitty and over priced organic foods a lot of the time. It makes shopping a chore.

Close to nothing we eat is packaged, but fuck me running if I want to buy anything packaged. First ingredient is sugar or a carb, plus 10 other saccharides. Even a lot of good sushi places in town are pressuring their chefs to lace their rice with tons of sugar. Keep that shit for sale in a convenience store!

They're putting fucking carbs in our carbs so we can die while we die. But in all seriousness, it's crazy how everything's got to be infused with some sort of corn based product or sugar.

When I first started reading food labels like 5-6 years ago my mind was blown. Even in Canada I've noticed a steady progression. Anything in a package has corn or sugar in it. I try cooking damn near everything I eat.

Saw all the Coleman shots when he was pulling in tons of O titles. Then there were a few classic articles and the pictures blew my mind. I hoped that if I bought enough supplements and ate enough steak, chicken, and broccoli that one day I could look like them naturally.

Even if there's no fertilizer or dog shit on there, grass clippings are like razor blades and will fuck up your teeth, mouth, throat, guts and probably your anus on the way out. There are poisons in there and it'll cause you to leach out nutrients like calcium if I recall correctly. Not to mention, we can't digest glucose.

That was a critique I made as well, but I've said my piece. I meant his word between one person and another. He's never personally lied to me which is where my primary concerns lie. And I was just sent gh15's response and I'm satisfied. I'm glad that everyone's in unanimous agreement to drop it. I like having fun and trading shots back and fourth, but it was way too much this time and I'm glad it's over.

I will say this too. Over the years I DID learn a shit ton from gh15 and had lots of fun farting around on the boards. And no, he didn't implore or extort me to say this either, I'm just saying it because it's true. There was a time where he referred to me as one of his disciples and it lent a lot of credibility to my name and invited swaths of PMs which I've always been happy to answer. When my eyes were opened up in regards to the supplement industry and how everything about drugs, training and dieting was a lie it took a while to digest and roll with. But as the pictures show, my physique has progressed and I've been thoroughly enjoying my time in the gym. And if I didn't get caught up in the gh15 mania back in it's heyday I would probably be ordering supplements off bodybuilding.com and flexing my non-existent biceps in the mirror all day. I still flex in the mirror all day, but my biceps and ego are hyuuuuuge, bitches.

Those guys in the gym were literally kids. There wasn't a single strand of body hair on their baby smooth bodies. I'd probably go to jail if I jumped them.

The friend I was talking to when the one came up to me said I put on a good show and scared the shit out of them. He said it was good that I didn't lose it. If anyone my age or size comes after me, I'll put them in the hospital. And then I'll visit them in the hospital and make sure they never so much as mention my name. I'll let them have the first few shots so it's all in self defense. A friend who's a lawyer will be at a party I'm going to this weekend.
