Basically blacks have never improved any place in the entire world they have moved to, only made places worse
The same can be said for most ethnic minorities, but I noticed that this is especially true with blacks. Vietnamese are crazy mother fuckers too. Violent as fuck and ready to snap at the drop of a hat, but no where near the number of blacks. This kid is certainly not helping their image at all. Now I'm all fired up again thinking about him. I will never forget that stupid black guy. I reserve that word only for the special types of filth, because not every black person is like that. But this fucking guy... I just looked at my nephew who was ashy and disheveled from his chemo, carefully picked him up and helped him in the car. He had a central venous catheter which is basically a tube inserted into his tiny little chest to administer his chemo treatment. I had my other niece and nephew there too who were helping to lug their little toddler travel bag, snacks and sippy cups into my vehicle. Just kept looking at that stupid piece of shit and asking if he was serious. The only thing I could understand from his mumbling was something about "homeboy" and some other slurs to egg me on and aggravate me. My sister-in-law said she just stays away from the blacks and can't even understand what they're saying anyway. She's finally moved out of the Tacoma area and hopefully I'll bring her to Canada after the cancer doctors give us the green light. |

Same here bro. I hear lots of bad things about some of the towns in Washington. Always hear bad things about Yakima.
My sister-in-law lives around that area and only stayed there because of the hospital in Tacoma that were treating my nephew for cancer. Was visiting one time and loading the stroller in the car and some fucking urban youth of peace (aka dumb guy) started throwing up gang signs, muttering some unintelligible black bullshit and flashed his stupid gun. I almost wanted to charge at his stupid ass. Chances are that he'd probably blow his stupid nuts off before he managed to shoot anyone. I couldn't fucking believe it. Standing there with a bunch of kids, and one that's got cancer and a fucking IV bag and he's flashing his piece. Never seen anything like that before. |

Thats fucking creepy man. You'd think your balls bounce back close to 100% at some point but apparently not. I just hope that this is just a correlation of some sorts and not an actual causation.
I'm not an expert on testicles, but it's not something that keeps me up at night either. Nothing to sweat. Top pro stan mcquay just had a boy recently and this is his 2nd boy with his wife so it can happen  Awesome. Last time I heard he's doing pretty decent training celebrities and selling juice to them. Glad to hear his family is growing and doing well. I would never wish infertility on anyone. The uncertainty is too much to deal with. I'm positive we're having a daughter this time around, but we plan on having a couple more and I wouldn't mind a couple of boys too. |

a doctor who thinks a mans test at 250 or 350 or even 450 is "ok" is a fucking braindead moron.
anything less than 700 is unacceptable.
androgel or the patch is complete shit and a waste of time and money. 3 fucking months he want syou to try it? tell him you've been doing your own research and DEMAND to start on injections. that fucker works for YOU. so long as your test is 250, he's well within guidelines. remember, it doesn't matter how high the test goes, what they/he/you need to worry about is how low it goes.
if you do a 300 shot on day 1, and your levels raise to 1100 in 3days, then taper back down to 300ng 5 days before your next shot, what's the fucking point? make that guy prescribe 200-250mg every 14 days.
the absorbtion rate of the cream/gel is CRAP. you and he don't need 3 months to confirm that. it should take 3 days of not waking up with a huge hardon to tell you it's shit.
don't bother listening to all this bullshit about 'take your vitamins and eat a good diet and get your sleep'... none of that stuff will do ANYTHING NOTICEABLE with raising your test levels.
clomid will only take you to the max your body CAN produce... let's say it goes to 500ng,... whoppidy-do.... and trust me the sides (mental, at least) are worse than that of test.
speaking of sides from HRT/test... besides water retention... what sides? unless you were a pizza-face in high school, you won't notice anything.
Bro, come on. For a bodybuilder that's true, but for an endocrinologist who's treating people for hormone and metabolism disorders, this is not going to be their primary focus. In fact, they'd probably prefer it a little lower considering how most males are going to end up with prostate cancer somewhere down the line. Other advice is great and very spot on. I would caution him to field out the doctor and approach him carefully about the injections. Some doctors shut right down, but others will understand the logic and appreciate that you want the best and most effective route of administration. If he can get more than a few hundred mgs per week this would be absolutely fantastic. Some endos will only give you what you need to be functional, and other endos will give you what you need to feel fucking fantastic. Just approach them with respect and hopefully it's something they reciprocate. I have a lot of respect for doctors, but it goes both ways. When they treat you like filth and talk over you like you're clueless, it's revolting and makes me want to knock them out. Gross abuse of their authority and total exploitation. Remember that it's taboo and do what you can do mitigate any stigma away from what the doctor thinks of you. Hopefully you'll get a nice liberal prescription. When I'm older I will be on a generous HRT dose as well. |

Continuously and progressively lift heavier... and you'll get stronger.
If you want to get BIGGER, you'll need drugs. Heavy lifting isn't required, but it can help. Doesn't take rocket appliances to understand this.

Remember that hormones fluctuate and that this is only 1 test. You want more tests to compare it with.
Follow all of the general best practices on here for sure. Take a little ZMA before bed and if you can find cheap arginine capsules I'd recommend taking a gram before bed as well. When I was trying to get my test levels back up I found that this helped me to sleep really well, which I believe helped to restore my test levels inadvertently.
If the androgel doesn't work out, I'd push for injections. A couple of injections each month will be far better than androgel for sure.

Okay. But then what about the persistent rumors/theorise that a lot of top pros only end up having girls, no boys.
I don't know what causes that, because AFAIK the sex is determined by when you bang and impregnate your woman during ovulation. However, from what I've seen in real life it's been 100% girls that all my juicer friends have had. I don't know any juicers IRL who have baby boys. My bro just had his second girl, about 5 guys in the last year at my gym have all had girls, etc. I really think it's more than just a bodybuilding myth, but I don't know how or why it happens. My wife just had her first ultrasound which showed a higher heartbeat and they say that's indicative of a girl. When we're able to find out the sex, I'll be sure to post it. But I have a very, very strong feeling it's going to be a girl. I'd love any healthy baby, but I'm planning on it being a girl. When we're able to find out the sex I'll post it up. |

wait until they develop weird illnesses growing up... his sperm was tainted by heavy hormone abuse...so were her eggs if she too was using hormones at the time of conception. Once again you prove to be the biggest idiot on the board. Illness and mutations are not caused by exogenous hormone abuse. I never expected to see something so stupid, even from you. Congratulations, uberman. Sperm production simply stops when you supplement with exogenous hormones and replace your body's normal endocrine functions. When you stop, then introduce gonadotropins like HCG, the testes kickstart endogenous testosterone production and you start producing sperm again. There are always normal and abnormal sperm present in a semen sample. But testosterone and other steroids will not cause more abnormal forms. And you won't magically develop problems like organ failure either. I don't know where in the blue fuck you came up with that. |

every once in a while he says something i agree with, but his presentation is just terrible. he doesn't strike me as a highly intelligent person. and some of his theories are terribly outlandish. but i'll admit, i have no love for the US government and would not put it past them to perform any number of atrocities. the shit the CIA did in countries like somalia, cambodia, afghanistan, venezuala and others during the cold war is insane. killing a few american citizens would be a walk in the park compared to overthrowing a democratically elected leader and inciting genocide.
I can't get past how punchable the guys face is. Reminds me a lot of Piers Morgan. People always go off about him, but I don't know very much about him. Listened to him for all of about a few minutes and wanted to murder him already. I presume they're both just as douchey as people make them out to be. |

I accidentally clicked on an Alex Jones video clip that someone posted to their Facebook tonight.  Watched about 20 seconds of the clip and almost threw up in my mouth. I've never paid attention to that Alex Jones clown before, gave him a few seconds and wanted to wring his neck. |

pure "derkka derka mohamud jihad" would be to blow themselves up along with the victims at the boston marathon. this guy clearly did as much damage as possible on only blew himself up as a last resort. wouldn't this strengthen support for the 2nd amendment if anything? i know for a fact if this guy was shooting cops and throwing bombs at them by my apartment, i'd at least take a few pot shots with my ar-15. and the bombs are made from common household materials, only strengthening the point that banning guns won't stop a determined killer. then again, i've underestimated the idiocy of the american public before  I don't understand the logic exactly, but I've heard people for and against revoking it. I try to tune it out. Whew... getting sleepy. Scanner is getting interesting. Is it all over? |

lol you lucky bastard.  i had to quit cuz dat dere jerbs. hope they legalize in the rest of the US soon. That sucks, man. I visited my designated grower today and we've got 25 beautiful ladies that are ready to throw into the flowering stage. Sorry, I had to brag to someone and I can't do it in real life or he'll get broken into. Don`t go Catabolic on us just yet.
Don't worry, I just slammed a protein shake and polished off a tub of cottage cheese along with a few cans of tuna. I watch my anabolic windows very carefully and make sure to stay away from the catabolic pitfalls. JK... but the real reason why I came down here was to check on some pulled pork I'm making in the crock pot. Some fat chick from work gave me the recipes so I trust it will be delicious come morning. She is VERY fat.  |
