T-Bar rows 3-4 sets
BB Pullovers 3 sets.
Abs: machine crunches Cardio: Cross Trainer 30 mins interval.
Always felt the Rowing movements are more important than chins. T-Bars iŽll do tonight. Have to stick a bar in a Corner and use a Close grip attachment. Still gets the Job done. lower back i trained yesterday with stiff deads.
Hard to say..., the contraction is different. I believe that a good back workout has 3 'ingredients'; a chin/pull down, a row and a deadlift/hyperextention. No need to throw a dozen of movements for total development.
