JUST PURE BULLSHIT. This is the mentality that is screwing men over. Fucking advertisers have ingrained it into men that you must use this shampoo, this lotion, wear these clothes, drive this car, eat this food or you won't be considered good looking.
What you wrote is 100% manipulation of what advertisers want/how you to think.
Women want 1 thing. To procreate. You just have to show them you would make good babies. That is their deep down instinct.
Once I find out that a woman has this wish, I'm no longer interested. That's my instinct |

Why do people wrench their heads over to either side of their neck while doing leg extensions? Is it helping them with the contraction? Mind-Muscle stimulation and connection? Do a little head wrench during a set of incline press or barbell curls.. why not?

The funny thing is all I keep hearing is that bodybuilding is dead yet the audiences are double of what they used to be, the expos today have more booths then ever before in the history of bodybuilding. Every show, including nationals is breaking their records for entries, even local shows are bring in 150-200 entries. We may not like the modern look in comparison to the 90's but it is more alive now then ever before
Some good points. There were always bittered folks, so this isn't a new trend. I remember that even Arnold was in shock when he saw Dorian winning his first titles, by saying that he was too massive. People, who complain over and over again should rethink why they're still joining this board. There are tons of alternative boards, from Iron Age to Men's Health, so why are they still here  Getbig is old school & modern bodybuilding, simple as that  |

I was working out the other day and heard this come on and it reminded me of the kind of music I used to hear in the late 70's and early 80's. Instant classic for me! " 1" This song has some 'Club tropicana' elements, no coincidence  I know Daft Punk for their well produced, easy going pop tunes. |
