Could someone who is IT savvy please answer this question? If I enter into this site through the WiFi of someone else (for example in my office), can they see what sites I have visited? Is there a way to prevent them from seeing what sites I visit (especially on a Mac)? Grateful for any leads of this.

Thanks to both replies. That's what I suspected, but it is always good to have things confirmed by people who know what they are talking about. Regarding the visibility of my abs, I am probably at the limit, and have reduced body fat to very little. So I guess from now on I'll have to focus on making them abs "big enough"!
