I was 165 lbs today .. I don't take measurements. I am around 7-8% bodyfat at 5'11" and 1/2
My goal is to get to 6% naturally with just food, cardio and training. I am close to my goal. Will post pics when achieved.
PS: I have organic black cofee, a cup in the morning, and one in the afternoon. I also smoke organic tobacco (10 ciggies a day).
if u want health you should cut out the caffiene and cigarrettes and animal products and grains and just go vegan with lots of water and get yourself some mixed nuts veggies fruits and a vegan protein powder like mixing pea protein isolate and rice protein isolate.
