Very few veggies are complete proteins. That's why you have to combine them with other veggies or grains to get complete proteins, if you're on a vegan/vegetarian diet.

Red beans and rice are a prime example.

There are two schools of thought on this:

The old school says you have to eat complementary veggies/grains in the same setting, to get all the essential aminos.

The new school says you don't, as long as you eat the right combos of grains and veggies, throughout the day.

I'd go with the old school, personally. That helps because, even for most who consume meat, getting those vegetable proteins saves you a lot of money.

One chicken breast, with an ample amount of black beans and rice, will give you the same amount of protein as two chicken breasts.

dude, you completely ignored that chart i posted above. carrots contain every essential amino acid and more. so does pretty much every single vegetable.

there are numerous reasons why the earth is not ready for a global "government" at the moment.

but that does not mean we should not try work in that direction, because it would take decades to come to fruition anyways.


that being said, any government, if it is to be a benevolent government, must be free of the use of force to achieve its ends and must be based upon voluntary contributions and cooperation.  and a global government, in order to be accepted by the globe, woudl need to be of this sort= completely respecting freedom and not imposing things upon people.

i used to do stims and weed before every workout. for many years.  i find that it distorts my perception of time, fucking up my rest between sets and total workout duration, and it also makes it tough to have consistant effort. one day 100 lbs might be enough, the next ill feel like i need 150. etc.

i dont like working out on any sort of drugs , not caffiene, weed, or anything these days.  i find im able to take my time, focus on the workout and not the high, and i can more accurately monitor progress because there arent wild fluctuations in my strength, endurance, etc.

Sup guys.

this board has some really knowledgeable people on it.

wondering what your advice is for somebody who still has the option to major and get certifications in basically any field.

I am graduating in a few weeks with my bachelors in business management, have applied for two universities for the fall which i will most likely get accepted to. both have great programs in accounting that are geared towards CPA licensure and are heavily recruited by local businesses.

but i am wondering if there might be a better route before i commit to this. I like the idea of being a professional acccountant and maybe one day a CFO, I like dealing with budgets and related work. Desk job, intellectual, cash, etc. I could really enjoy it. however i could enjoy just about any intellectual profession where i have some responsibility over some real issues.

i have considered switching to a civil engineering degree. an economics degree. an MBA. and even an Information Technologies route even though im completely uneducated on the subject simply because i know its one of the most in demand career fields.

what do you guys think is the field that needs skilled work the most, and that will get the most compensation, and the most real responsibility over tangible projects  ?

bikini, id like to see you start doing lots of heavy hip abduction (starting together and pushing outwards), lying hamstring curls with a focu on a slow negative and a hard squeeze at the time, and deep squats.  heavy weight, low reps, leave a couple reps in the tank on every set, rest alot between sets, and eat a bunch of starches all day every day.

were gonna build you some thick thighs and big ole booty, girl.

fastest way:


eat as little as possible, cut out all carbs.

do as much cardio as you can.

thats the fastest way, not necesarly the easiest.

the less cardio you do and the more carbs you eat the longer itll take.



cutting carbs while doing tons of cardio is a horrible idea.  cut the fats if your doing lots of cardio. you need to have glycogen in your muscles in order to benefit from lots of cardio.  or else your gonna be trying to perform movements which require and energy source you dont have, forcing a breakdown of metabolically and aesthetically vital muscle tissue to fill that energy-gap.

unless of course your talking about slow paced, low intensity cardio.  which is fine to do on zero carbs. but doesnt burn much calories and takes up a ton of time, something alot of people dont have to spend and dont want to spend.

correlation does not equal causation.

i suspect the much bigger factor involved in the results is the attitude and lifestyle of people who consume such a diet. 

people who drink a single glass of wine everyday at dinner are going to be people who live a very structured, moderate, balanced lifestyle. they live longer not because the glass of poison has some anti oxidants in it, but because they are generally very moderate people who make moderate, balanced choices in life.


olive oil, for one, isnt anything anybody should be eating if they are worried about health. eat an olive if you want the benefits of the oil inside. the raw natural olive is going to be healthier than the processed oil that comes from it. wheres the fiber, water, and all the nutrients we dont know about that are contained in the skin and flesh of the organism?  etc etc

eat raw, natural plant foods. fruits and vegetables. and live a moderate , balanced, healthy lifestyle.

that looks like a damn fine cutting cycle. i wouldnt take the clen myself personally, just because im  not a fan of drugs that the body builds a tolerance to. you wind up having to increase dose after time and then when you come off you experience rebound.  but to each their own.

however, if you wanna cut up, that cycle isnt gonna do shit unless youve got a controlled calorie diet to go along with it.  dont eat any saturated fats or processed food, keep your calories low, focus on lots of raw plant foods (veggies and fruits), keep your protein elevated but not excessive, drink tons of water.

sprints and/or slow paced endurance cardio can help as well. you wont end up as thickly muscled but the weight will come off faster, youll feel more athletic and energetic, and if your lower body training is like most guys then the sprints will have made your legs and ass look much better than they would have otherwise. .

proposed cycle:

Week 1 - 10 Test P @ 50mg eod
Week 1 - 8 Test Combo @ 162.5mg eod
Week 1 - 9 Npp 100mg eod
Week 6 - 11 Winny @ 50mg ed

Arimidex and Prami through out the cycle aswell

Stats:
181lbs
12%bf guesstimate

Any input?

too complex. just use a 1000mg of whatever you respond best to, and keep processed food out of your diet while keeping calories moderate and vegetable intake high.  youll gain tons of muscle and wont put on an ounce of fat. in fact if you really focus on vegetables and fruit and moderate protein and keep your fat intake real low youl get shredded at the same time.

You are not ready for Tren.  Clean up your diet, test dose at 400 couple times a week is too high.  Stick to trt dose of 200-250mg week, this will keep the bloat down and no need for AI.  I didn't touch Tren until I got to 11% bf which in hindsight wish I would have waited till single digits before hitting it up.  Start doing cardio after every weight training session 4-5 times a week and see the fat melt off.  Good luck.
if its underground gear he might need to inject "1000"+mg's just to get replaceement levels.  lots of underdosed shit on the market.

what you need to do is rehab the injured shoulder. most every steroid will aid with repairing it. but that wont happen unless your giving the injured are a good stretching, exercising, and massaging helps too.  rehab rehab rehab.  get a long stick and hold it at both ends with your arms and start with it resting against the front of your body and go up, over your head, and then back behind your head, and all the way down to the back of your body. go back and forth throughout this entire range of motion smoothly and for about 15 minutes every day. once a week do some cuban rotations with dumbells. keep your shoulder workout controlled, focus on a slow negative, dont go too heavy and when you go heavy keep some energy left in the tank.  itll take time but itll heal. the steroids will help aid the process.  once its healed dont stop with the rotator cuff work. its good for tons of stuff.
